Number 1 worst fish and chips shop i’ve been to within the west midlands by far. Food was god awful and looked microwaved. Genuinely makes me never want to eat any sort of chip shop food again. Spare yourself the torture of eating here.
I have to say, I said I'd never go here again but it's convenient when coming out of the pub , but after tonight I definitely will not return as it's possibley the worst kebab I've ever had this is meant to be a lrg kabab, not a lot of salad which was stuffed to the bottom all the mince sauce was at the bottom and loads of greecey meat on top for £7.00 I think they need to look at kings in K-ford loads better
Freshly cooked equals undercooked. Deliberately requested plaice so that I wasn't getting stale leftovers - plaice obviously cooked from frozen but by the time I got home, outer edges of plaice cooked to hell & back, inner parts were still watery & cold, just about defrosted by the 'cooking' process. Sir Wnstones was once epic, now it's a dive.
I do not leave reviews like this for no reason and do not exagetate ... We asked fur fish and chips and a chicken kebab which seemed like a task and a half.. girl behind counter seemed clueless... Got the food home.. it was like 2 bottles of grease... Absolutely genuinely disgusting.. the food went into the wheelie bin.. absolute truth... Grease grease grease .. why can't anyone get simple take away food cooked right.. obviously won't return here again..
I visited Sir Winston Fish & Chips today for lunch, and my experience was very, very, very good! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The staff were friendly and the shop was clean and welcoming. Everything was just perfect – from the quality of the meal to the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone nearby. If you’re in the area, you must visit and try their food. Great value for money and a satisfying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely fish and chips. Freshly cooked and vert tasty. A tad expensive though
The one employee (he wore glasses) served me and my mom the other night and when we recived our food there was a few hairs in it and a sustance that looked like spit. And we also asked for sweet chili sauce but insted he gave me hot chili sauce and covered my food in it, and made it almost inedible.
Nice food. Very good kebab meat. But I do agree the chips are hit and miss, sometimes they do taste as if they are from lunch warmed up if you go in early when they open for the evening, also they could do with being hotter so when you get home they are not cold
