   Just used home dining. I have ordered the penne with mushrooms (no chicken as I’m vegetarian) for ages and was really looking forward to my order. My order came full of chicken, hardly any mushrooms in a sauce that was thin and milky with absolutely no taste whatsoever. Basically inedible and unacceptable! This was probably the worst takeaway I have ever experienced.

   After ordering and enjoying Capri home dining for years, tonight after ordering and having my order accepted and given an estimated delivery time and being charged over £60; 15 minutes before my order was due to arrive and 45 minutes after I'd ordered I was called to say that they don't deliver to my address despite it being the same address I've ordered to for years. I was offered a refund for the food I was not able to have, and the chef offered to cook our order, not sure why the chef is able to make the decision about where the delivery drive will or will not go. It's fair to say that I am deeply disappointed and will never be ordering again. You have lost 3 loyal families this evening.

   Ordered calzone undercooked dough, filling in one big mound seemingly slapped in, cheesy chips, some were v v overcooked to point of being black, steak sandwich, steak unchewable with gristle running all the way through. Chunky chips? No, small potato cut into 4, deep fried more like scallops. Took 2 hours to come. Will never order from here again

   Ordered a pizza and garlic bread from home dining, it turned up and the garlic bread was cold, pizza was average temp. Had to put them both in the oven to get them warm enough to eat. Poor service today and not impressed whatsoever.
