EVERYTIME WHEN YOU BE HERE YOU WILL SEE SAME # NO ONE HERE TO SERVE AND IF THE COME AFTER AGES THEY BE TOO RUDE
I went today after quite some time, and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Abbey, who was already serving other customers, but still kept an eye on me and told me she’d be right with. She took my order with a big smile and just honestly was so nice and sweet! One of the most sweetest people I’ve seen work there! And my sub was perfect just how I like it. Thank you Abbey Xx
I had another disappointing experience today, consistent with my previous visits. The same staff member, who seemed frustrated and uninterested in providing good customer service, told me there was a minimum requirement of two sauces. When I asked where this policy was stated—since it’s neither mentioned on the website nor displayed in-store—she became defensive and dismissive. The attitude toward something as trivial as sauces is unnecessarily strict, as if the staff were personally paying for them. In the end, they chose to lose out on a £20 sale rather than simply add an extra sauce, which says a lot about their approach to customer service. This location used to be great, but since recent demographic staffing changes, the overall experience has noticeably declined.
I walked in and experienced 2nd hand be littling from the employee that is currently working now as I’m writing this review and I found any information she received from customers she back handed a little comment back hiding it and calling it proto call in trying to order my said food I was told that the option I wanted wasn’t on the board even though after checking for the 100th time it was clear as day on the board and trying to gaslight me I left the establishment disappointed and quite spiteful towards this member of staff and it isn’t the first time I’ve had a difficult shopping experience there
The worker here was so incredibly rude the entire time. Whatever happened to “service with a smile”? I completely understand that working a minimum wage job isn’t easy, but that’s not an excuse for treating customers poorly. My sister was being nothing but polite — she even used to work at Subway herself, so she simply reminded the lady, “lettuce as well please.” The response she got? A very abrupt and snappy “I’m going to put it.” Totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Such a shame, as this used to be my go-to Subway, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I go here pretty often for a quick lunch. Staff are increadibly friendly, food is nutritious and calorie dense while still being tasty and the vibe is nice.
I was served by a very rude aggressive lady called Shwetal. I dread going to subway as I don't want to get served by her literally the most miserable person I've ever met. Always arguing for no reason just serve your customers politely!!
Excellent service.delicious sandwich.I have been there after 3 months and can see so much improvement in food preparation and cleanliness.very good management.lot lot better experience than in past. Customer were appreciated when in queue and well managed long queue in busiest period. Good customer service.experienced very good friendly behaviour and professional atmosphere.
