   The owner and staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Food was okay . Chips were a bit salty but overall was okay. Hygiene wise was a little bit on the low side. Hoping they will improve in future.

   I went with my partner for lunch ti this place and unfortunately the customer service is just terrible . After sitting for a few minutes, the person who attends was talking to a known customer and completely ignored us even though she saw that we had arrived and that we were waiting. I had to get up myself and ask her for the menu to order. The place itself is very dirty, the tables were not cleaned and the placemats were stained with food… even so we stayed and decided to give them a chance since we had seen some good reviews… At the end of all the food was regular 6/10 and it took more than half an hour to bring a simple plate of beef steak and rice!!!! I do not recommend this place at all do not waste your money here. if you are looking for a portuguese restaurant with good food and good customer service go to Cantinho do Aziz, it is close to the city center.

   Me and my friends had one of the best experiences in this city! The owner and the staff were very welcomed and attentive with us apart from the delicious food and drinks we had. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone that comes to this city!

   I come into to order tea . And then only had the one selection - green tea . they’re a cafe/restaurant they should have a variety of flavours but even then I just ordered it . After I order a few people come in and the waitress served them first. Tea should be a 2 minutes she made me wait 15 minutes . I asked her how long is it going to be ? She said a minute a few minutes go by . So I left with my nephew to go to the park I come back 20 minutes and ask her politely ‘have you made my tea yet ? ‘ and then I see her frantically putting the kettle on . It seems to be be broken . She then rushes to the kitchen comes back and gives me a tea cup . Finally a few minutes later she gives me my tea . I take a sip only then I realised there was a fly in my cup . She should have atleast refunded me my money or given me something else . Very rude and not very professional . And hygiene is terrible
