The place is clean and the food tastes good. Staff are friendly and the service is quick. Overall a nice experience and I’m happy to come back again.
Always a great experience at this KFC. The Hot Wings are really good – fresh, crispy, and full of flavour. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. I’m happy to come back again.
By FAR the best KFC I have ever visited. The food was cooked to perfection the service was friendly and helpful, the restaurant is kept clean and warm. Absolutely no complaints
I don't have many KFC but today...This has to be the best one I've ever had. Friendly staff Hot gravy, not watered down Hot crispy chips well drained of oil And chicken hot, well fried juicy chicken...Not at all greasy Also not watered down drinks! You have restored my faith back into KFC Thank you
This branch is much better compared to Worksop high grounds. We drive here to have better quality food. Always fresh and great quality. Especially the hot wings are really crispy. Quick service and ample parking space
18.15 18/02/23. Place is a bio hazard. No tables clean. Filth on the floor. Orders presented in a bag which doesn't contain napkins or a straw. Poorly trained young staff. No management. Wait times 20 mins and not particularly busy. Customers asking for their own cleaning material. Three staff waiting at counter doesn't help orders come out faster. Clean instead. No management. Not putting correct items into bags leaves customers coming back. Takes more time. No management. This is NOT fast food and NOT hygienic food.
Visited Monday 2nd January for the 1st time. Never again! Considering this is on the A1 and should be a flagship, it is infact a dump and it's only been open 1 year. Walked in 4 staff behind the counter talking to each other, like there was nothing to do (see photos). Items missing in order, items unavailable on menu, food cold, food/rubish everywhere on floor and tables, all 3 bins bursting with rubbish. Toilets broken fixtures, urine everywhere and tissue all over the floor. Take some pride in your jobs! The Manager should be ashamed and sacked. As I said to the party I was with, should have gone to Burger King over the road or McDonald's on the A1, always know what to expect. Do yourself a favour, do not visit this particular KFC.
No beans or corn on the cob. Only received 1 portion of fries instead of 3 and that was a half portion. The lettuce on the sandwiches was limp and brown. The chicken was only just warm. The restaurant wasn't very clean even though they weren't busy
35 minutes in the drive through, we get to the window to be told they have no beans, so we have gravy, but its spilt all over the box. Terrible service for fast food.
Long waiting time even when it wasn't busy, staff had time to clean the restaurant and toilets but no one was bothered, they just chat with each other. There were no napkins, need to clean my table before can eat, and the whole place was dirty. Joined 4 toilets were disgusting and 2 male cubicles were closed. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!
