Haven't been in a long while, took the granddaughter during half term, loved it. Great service. Left a bag by accident, contacted the outlet, they had it and kept until we went back, thank you.
The staff was very friendly. Got the chance to talk to one of the managers. Callum very nice lad service was amazing food was good
Came here with my grandad for a spot of lunch , everybody was really helpful and kind. Food was ready fastly and tasted very fresh.
I came in today and was greeted by alicia‘s excellent service. I was made to feel at home while my order was being taken and not long after that my food was delivered to my table at supersonic speeds. The food was hot and fresh I also ordered a milkshake, the milkshake was the best I’ve ever had and I do love a good milkshake. Alicia might be the best shaker maker I have ever seen. I ate the food like there was no tomorrow thank you alicia for the amazing service. we left shortly after this as my friend said he’d take me home but I cannot wait to return as soon as possible.
The food was good but the service and atmosphere matched the temperature outside. The staff can't possibly know what a smile or greeting is, if they did then at least one of the miserable lot would have acted like a human for any one of the 9 customers. And it took 6 of us to tell them that the Fanta was off on the machine before they believed us. So we were called liars 5 times.
Rubbish service and the toilet have no hand soap in smell. The price of a meal is so over priced £29:06 and the taste is not all that!! Tables are not even cleaned even tho the shop is dead not happy and wouldn’t recommend or return!
Appalling vile Service from a Staff Member. I asked for a Coffee. "We don't have any" was the response. You don't serve coffee? "The machines broken" was the response. Can I have a bottle of water then please. After ignoring me initially to speak to the delivery guy who came in after me, I was then presented with my bottle of water. He then besmirched me to a Colleague smirking at me. I left dismayed as to why this Staff Member made me feel so uncomfortable in front of his Colleagues. Your Restaurant was nigh on empty and I wonder why! Filthy tables with ignorant Staff who don't have a clue on how to provide good Customer Service!
Service was quick and friendly, deeps was hot and looked like the posters (rarity for a fast food chain these days), and busy for what I thought would be a quiet location. Would be five stars, but have to question the cleanliness. Couldn’t find one clean table, floors not been swept in a while and toilets need to be cleaned more frequently!
