   My first visit since moving to Wakefield. Couldn’t have picked a better day. Sunshining and sat outside. Really friendly staff and lovely local people. Internally the pub was immaculate. My go-to place now - loved it - thank you. The absolute BEST in the area without a doubt IMO

   Fantastic hospitality, great prices, especially if you want a gin tree or one of the other drinks bundles. They also do amazing freshly cooked pizzas and kebabs. If sport is your thing, then you definitely won’t be disappointed they have several large screen is showing all the top events

   Staff are very attentive, nice atmosphere. Singer was amazing. Had a slight delay with our food order but it was well worth the wait. Today was my 3rd visit to the Waggon after moving to the area. I hope the lady who dealt with our 'complaint' was the manager, if not she should be. Always happy to help and make sure we have all we need. Thank you.

   The pub has just been refurbished and is now selling fabulous pizzas from a woodfired oven . The staff were very friendly. The pizzas were great with a good amount of toppings and a tasty dough. I will be back.
