Just had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. My order was over 40 minutes late, and when I called to check on it, the staff were rude and unhelpful, refusing to give me a real update.
I have just received a pizza with a big dark hair on it and it’s not very pleasant so I hope they are bringing me a fresh one they are a good takeaway so I hope they don’t let me down this time
Forgot my normal chips and cheesey chips asked for them to be sent out and customer service is vile. I am autistic and can't eat my curry with out cheesey chips 50 takeaway and treat u like carbage !
Ordered tonight Pizza was 100/10 perfect pizza was hot and tasted stunning.. cheesy chips had extra cheese on as requested! Stunning food totally enjoyed it
Ordered delivery, calzone was spot on but the Monty box was appalling. Chips was pale and soggy. Burger was cold and hardly any popcorn chicken. Not worth £8.50 at all. Told on the phone their website was wrong and it doesn’t come with the chicken strips either Phoned up and was met with hostility and was called a liar over the phone. Very rude man.

Well, first time I order something here. It has mistakes in delivery so i couldn't leave tips. But, the food is not good quality. Not too expensive but i didn't like it. I could not rate higher this time. Sorry.
The food always tastes amazing, but don't expect to get everything you ordered or the correct food sent out.
Terrible service, with unfriendly staff, a terrible food to match. I was really looking forward to some Peri Peri wings and spicy fries. What I got was some plain grilled wings drowned in ready made barbecue hot sauce. The fries were shaken in a miniscule amount of "off the shelf" chip shake. Just visit any supermarket with a hot counter, the chicken would be far better than from this place and would cost less.
