My favourite Indian Restaurant. Wether it is to sit in for a meal or to take away, you can rest assured that you will always also get a nice conversation. The food tastes fantastic. This is definitely a hidden gem amd well worth more than one visit.
Visiting on holiday with family from Colchester, excellent and super friendly service. Food some of the best I've had. Will definitely eat again next time were here
A night at the Mint Indian Restaurant celebrating my granddaughters 19 birthday with the family. Beautiful setting, great staff and the food was fantastic. Top notch. So lucky to have The Mint in Warsop.
We had a fantastic meal at The Mint and can’t recommend it highly enough! For starters, we enjoyed the tikka platter, which offered a great selection of tikka, all perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. For mains, we had the chilli garlic chicken, chicken jalfrezi, lamb madras, channa paneer, and okra. Every dish was freshly prepared with lovely, rich flavours that really stood out. The roti was the perfect accompaniment. One of the best things about this place is that it’s BYOB, which makes dining more affordable and convenient – especially with an off-licence just a short walk away. The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back – a brilliant spot for an excellent Indian meal!
Been coming here regularly for the past 6 months. Always beautiful food and good customer service. I like being able to take our own drinks in too - makes it a very affordable night out. Would definitely recommend this place.
Only place we’d order our Indian takeaway from now! Lovely staff, food is always delicious and on time! Not eaten in yet but definitely will be, regularly order from here and never had any issues.
Our birthday celebration was made all the more special by an amazing evening at Spice Cottage. I cannot rate highly enough the amazing food and attentive service. The owner personally ensured that everything was perfect; this included bringing the birthday cake in at the right moment, AS WELL as creating an off-menu dish for one of our party. If you like excellent food combined with faultless service, this is the place to visit.
Had a party of 6 dine here, I came on recommendations of colleagues for a after work dinner and food was amazing. The Chicken Tikka Masala was cooked to perfection. The new owner also came over and was very nice and accommodating making sure everything was ok. Food was piping hot. Will be back
