Fantastic place! Me and the Mrs went in there for their lunch time deal - £6.95 any pizza or pasta, and couldn’t have asked for a better service and food. Bill came to £20 for two nice plates and some drinks. Highly recommend!
Food average. If I'd have bought the pizza from the supermarket I'd have thought it was pretty good. It was very big though. My partners calzoni was also ok. Food arrived quickly and one of the waitresses was really friendly and helpful.
Went for our works Christmas doo excellent food and fantastic customer service would highly recommend portion sizes excellent too! And George the owner always top class for entertaining us had a brilliant night will be going again !!!
Our second family gathering at Giorgio's. First one was a midweek night almost exactly 1 year ago, the second was a Sunday lunchtime. Variety of food is good and it's been tasty and well cooked both times. Maybe it's not traditional to eat Sumday lunch here as it was very quiet with not much atmosphere. The single waiter was friendly, but service was a little slow - not that this mattered too much as we were chatting away. Contrast this with a midweek night a year ago.. it was busy, there was a turnover of tables and despite us again being happily chatting as a family, the overall vibe and service was better (which is why we booked again).
Very welcoming. I was dining alone and the staff were very friendly. The Spaghetti and Meatballs was delicious and also the portion size was very generous. Definitely recommend.
Ordered on UberEats because of the reviews I’d seen online. I was really wanting some bruschetta and something saucy. I ordered Brushetta, Gnocci Sorrentino & Canelloni. I opened one box which had some still warm nicely toasted bread and opened another box to see the tomato topping however it was partly frozen (defrosting) and was not cherry tomatoes or olive oil like it stated on the menu. Canelloni was all spinach little to no pasta and hard ricotta. Didn’t eat it. The saving grace was the Gnocci tasty soft and fresh. I won’t be going or ordering again but I’d recommend the simple things to avoid disappointment.
I love Giorgios. Have been here a few times now. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and best of all authentic Italian food. They are also on Meerkat Meals which makes it very reasonable. The garlic bread is a must! Will be visiting again soon.
