Took almost an hour and a half to arrive. Food stone cold. Also, you'd think a donner would actually be assembled instead of them sending you the parts to put it together yourself. But maybe they didn't do it because what was supposed to be a naan bread supplied with it was stale and broken into pieces. Will never order from here again, awful.
It’s a shame because I have used this take away for a while. However, there have been a few incidents when I have needed to call and the same guy answers who is incredibly impatient and rude! Tonight I waited 2hours for my order, when I called to ask about this, he told me they had no order and I needed to order again online. I told him that I had the confirmation and that the money was taken out of my account. He hung up! I ended up driving round there, the rude guy was stood in the back and obviously didn’t come out. Another guy came over and had found my order, he was very apologetic, got my order ready as quickly as he could and gave me some free cake. However I will not be ordering from here again. The attitude on the phone is absolutely horrendous and judging from all the other reviews, they are losing a lot of custom due to this one guy.
Driver wouldn't get out of the car I had to go to him when I asked for a minute when he rang to make me come out he complained after I got out there. Food was all mashed up in the boxes
I ordered yesterday directly in the restaurant pizza menu meal for two and I received pizza with grilled chiken,and pizza with grilled beef and the one with chiken is excessively salty ,I put a lot of salt on the pizza or în the pizza dough and out of 4 people ,only was making pizza ,the other 3 where walking around the front of the computer typing the order on the computer and instead of taking care of my order immediately ,he was also doing the orders on uber ,I was kept waiting at least I think half an hour
Totally bad service ordered a burger and left a message for no chessie as I'm allergic Food arrived with chessie on phoned up to complain and was basically called a liar staff are useless and rude
We placed an order on just eat at around 00:20, upon reviewing the order we noticed that the delivery time said 17:45 (obviously the next day). So, confused, I rang the restaurant and explained and asked if we would get a delivery tonight or if we needed to cancel. The person I spoke to said that Just eat was incorrect and he would make sure we got the delivery tonight. We thanked them and confirmed our address. 1 hour later we still had no delivery. This time my partner called them. A lovely young lady answered and said that there was no order for us and they were closing down for the night. She was asking a male in the background if they had started prepping our order, he said no. We explained what had happened earlier and the previous phone call but he acted like there was an order for an address similar to ours but nothing for ours. We were told to contact just eat for a refund. Bit annoyed at this since we order from here quite a lot and have never had any major issues.
I do not recommend , delivery time 45min ..after 1:40h still not received yet. Horrible staff cant make a conversation by phone! Finally I had to pick-up my order even if I paid for delivery!
Sadly I have to leave a not so good review. I was looking for some place new i have not been here in ages and now i remember why. The food is so undercooked the chips are just like soft soggy wet potato. The onion rings look like they have been cooked for 3mins and then done .. waste of money. I will not return. Even the children will not eat there food.
