Good burgers. But experience ruined as it literally took an hour to get out of the car park. Obviously I wouldn't normally down rate a restaurant based on location. But it was so bad it was important to share with other potential customers. There were no roadworks or accidents. That's just normal traffic for a Saturday.
The food was absolutely delicious, freshly made and full of flavor. The service was amazing — friendly, quick, and welcoming. Prices are fair considering the generous portions and quality. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
The best burger place in Leeds and no comment on that . Clean and tidy place and really kind staff especially from silvanna . Very fast service and cooked perfectly . Just what we need .
Had an absolutely beautiful evening at Five Guys. Silvanna served us and she was so professional and polite. The food was really good, will be definitely coming back!
Good burger. Juicy and if you pick the right toppings that can really make the burger. Thought the last time I had one the patties were a bit more smashed these seemed a bit thicker. Can take a little while to get served but then everything is freshly prepared and you can see it all happening.
The friendliest staff! So patient and helpful too! The food is soo good and underrated! Their chips are honestly so delicious and their milkshakes can't compare with other fast food places, worth every penny! Definitely recommend!
Ordered a lettuce wrap burger, absolutely disgusting. Sad, flimsy lettuce wrapped around a cold burger with cheese that I didn’t ask for - I ordered plain. (Very worrying for people with allergies). For two burgers and fries cost nearly £30 - appalling quality and price.
Really do enjoy the food here. The service is quick, efficient and clean. The open kitchen view allows you to watch them work and it's oddly satisfying seeing everything come together. They are really good with cleanliness and food hygiene too. The food is delicious and they are extremely generous with fries. If you order a small you can feed a family of four. The only issue is Five Guys is quite expensive. If I remember correctly, I've ordered a burger, fries and a shake before and it came to almost £20. Quite a pricey meal but if you're having it as a treat it's definitely worth it.
First time ever visiting Five Guys after wanting to try a burger for years!! I absolutely loved my bacon cheeseburger and so did the whole family! I knocked a star off for not having a kids menu and been abit overpriced but the small burgers are perfect kids size anyway! We got a large fries to share which was more than enough for us all!! The milkshakes were also delicious and I liked you can get free refills of the cola etc. I would definitely have another Five Guys!!
Nice clean restaurant. The milkshakes are probably the best I've ever had. Very expensive for what it is. For me, it's a once-in-a-blue-moon visit to Five Guys. Highly recommend it, if you are feeling flush.
