Shocking food, ordered a Cheeseburger and got absolute mush in a bun. Served with half cooked greasy fries. Disgusting is not the word for it. This place is clueless. Stay away at all costs...made me sick the next day!!!
Hello everyone, be careful with this restaurant because the truth is that we are a family that we have decided to eat and order for home delivery. In the end, we have received it and the meat was rotten, it smelled very bad and besides, the whole family has vomited, be careful
Meat in very bad condition I have ordered for home delivery within two and a half hours and the food has a very strong rotten taste and smell. Don't eat there.
New ownership so I though I’d try them out. Got a stack burger meal. Chips where nice but the chickens in my burger were dry and chew.
Absolutely disgusted in the food from here. Got two burger box meals and specifically asked for no mayo several times- I cannot stand it! And payed extra for cheese on both chips. When we got in both burgers covered in mayo and no cheese on the chips. Chicken burger and spicy wings where so dry they where inedible and tasted as they had been sat out for hours. To make it even worse our drinks were room temperature so clearly there fridges aren’t working. I want my money back
Shocking customer service after missing order from delivery. Phoned twice staff and owner rude and patronising after twice saying they would deliver missing order if "they had time " I would strongly recommend buy from any other chicken sop but this one !!! Chickos in Leeds is THE best place being going for years staff pleasant helpful and patient. I now visit every week.
First time ordering from here. Right at the start the issue being the Just Eat menu being higher in price than the posted menu, while their website being down. The chicken was too spicy to enjoy, forgot the beans and gave the wrong drink which I could not drink due to being full sugar. Rather disappointing for a first order
