The food was fine, but the service was very poor. When it was my turn, the staff member asked what I would like to order. As I started to speak, the phone rang. She walked away and took the phone order first instead of finishing mine. In my opinion, this was not only unprofessional but also showed a lack of respect for the customer.

Im not fussy with food but wow this is worst sandwich ever !!!! Came all wet n cold. Rang them to complain about the cold coffee. They was rude. Deffo worst off the worst this. Avoid !!!!

The best place in Armley for a proper bacon butty, always a warm welcome, always a smile and a good chat. Keeps us going in a morning, and lunches too.
We go to Sam's when we have our Rock School holiday course running, so they have to make about 30 x chip buttys every day. The staff are always really friendly and the food is pretty good quality. There are closer sandwich shops for us to go to... but Sam's is the best.
