   If I could leave a 0 I would, ordered a takeaway at 10:15pm, bear in mind they close at 11:30pm, spent time choosing the order and pinged it off. Sat there looking forward to my food, received an email at 11:15, an hour later saying the order was refused and the food would not be completed!!!! Is that laziness, fancied an early finish? Appalling service, horrendous customer service, so that left me without any food even though they had plenty of time to cook and deliver, so they have lost me as a customer who orders a fair amount of Indian food. The flip side, and an education to Paprika of how a proper Indian runs. I went back online and ordered food from Lal Bagh, bear in mind again that it’s 11:28 and they close at midnight, the order was accepted and they delivered the food at 12:20am, outside of working hours, now that’s service, take note Paprika, lesson learned I hope.

   Excellent customer service from Paprika tonight Always go here for my Indian never had an issue till tonight ordered 2 lamb shashliks got 1 and 1 chicken, phoned them up and they had a replacement out to me in half hour! Thank you!

   Delivery took way too long and the food was horrible. Disgusting taste nothing like what it was supposed to be. Pakistani restaurants are way better. It wasn't worth the wait or the money.

   We order from here regularly but tonight was absolutely diabolical not just the food but the customer service was appalling. The food arrived before the eta however it was stone cold full of water and there was about 10 chips in the bag. When phoning the restaurant expecting them to sort this as any decent person would he point blank refused. So for the sake of one order he has lost customers for life. My children are hungry and even they turned their noses up because of how bland watery and cold it was. After being a loyal customer to these people for nearly 3 years i am appalled that they didn't sort this especially since it was our first and last problem with them. Also there were about 4 pieces of meat in each curry. Again he didn't care.

   First time we have used this place as our usual takeaway was closed. Food arrived on time and was piping hot. I wasn’t sure what to expect as some of the reviews wasn’t great, but I think we may have just found our new takeaway as the food was excellent. I eat Indian/Bangladeshi/Pakistani food often ( usually in Birmingham) and this was up there with some of the best i’ve had.

   Take away for our anniversary.....loved it! Madras nice consistency and taste and hot which i enjoy. Butter Chicken and keema rice were lovely too, plus delivered earlier than expected! Cant wait for our next one.

   Ordered online at 7:15pm on a Friday, email said delivery would be 50 minutes which I presumed was an overestimate to give them time to deliver early, but it turned out to be more like 80 minutes. I phoned after an hour to enquire but no response. So it was late and I couldn't contact them. Not good. I ordered an item I had never tried before and I will never order it again because it was not good. I won't write this place off completely because I've liked their traditional staple dishes in the past and the price is reasonable, but tonight was very poor indeed.
