   Food was average and not worth the price they are asking, service was even worse, missing food that we had to go back up for and the staff have all the time in the world standing around the counter even though theh have tables that needed cleaning. When they did start cleaning it took one member of staff 10 mins to clean a single table. Would not recommend.

   Decent food, Slim Chickens can be a little expensive but portions are bigger than average fast food. I would give 5 stars if space for eating in was available. I ordered take out and my sauces and i didn’t find them in the takeaway bag. Also I realised that i don’t have a plastic cup so i had to join the queue again for a plastic cup…

   Terrible customer service. Went to the counter to order and was ignored for so long we thought they may of closed up. (There was someone in the kitchen wiping everything down) when we found a member of staff to ask, we were told they weren’t shut but had only two people on shift. This was 3.30pm in a nearly empty restaurant with no other customers waiting. Staff member then continued to walk into the kitchen without any further comment or attempt to take our order. Was so disgusted with this service we left.Definitely wouldn’t recommend if they treat people this way.

   The staff were very polite and pleasant. Unfortunately they had no milk. They are inside Sainsburys which sells gallons of milk but they "were not allowed" to go and get some. They had no ketchup. Sainsburys sell ketchup as well. The full breakfast was - two overdone fried eggs with hard yolks, two lukewarm sausages, beans, mushrooms, a tired looking overcooked tomato, hash browns and something thin, crispy, overcooked and purporting to be bacon: which I didn't eat. The staff were great. The upper management want retraining.

   One of my new favourite places to go. Ordered from slim chickens twice now and cannot fault it. One thing I would say is that the portions of fries are generous. My first time ordering I paid for extra fries & received the same amount as my friend who didn’t. The portion was more than enough though so I wouldn’t spend the extra £3 again personally. Love the toast too, perfect!

   Been waiting a long time for cafe/hub to reopen and I’ve been twice in the first week! The £5 breakfast is excellent value, service was quick and the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Some of original cafe staff gone back upstairs and came over especially to speak to me and say hello. It was like a reunion! I haven’t tried any of the other food choices - yet - but hope to soon! Table layout is a little different and could do with a trolley parking area.

   This place is knock out from start to finish. The staff go above and beyond to help The food was awesome, I had Harry Ramsdens and a friend had a gourmet burger. I’ll definitely be returning. Ps the milkshakes are beautiful!!! Well done guys. This place should do well in our town.

   Visited today on a lunch Break. Great New addition to Tamworth and exactly what is needed.Enjoyed a GBK burger, and my friend ordered A Eds breakfast! Caffe Carluccios Coffees are great also! Overall great place. All Staff were great - well done all!
