1. ROGUE- STRYKER ★★★☆☆

   Arrived at 5pm this evening for a family meal out in the play area, greeted nicely by Rosie. Once sat down there wasn't any menus or basic table settings. Wacky warehouse was visibily understaffed. We then placed our food and drinks order online to then discover the male staff were confused around table numbers as they struggled to deliver food to the right table. Food wasn't worth the individual prices but was ok as it was a deal. Then.. in came a young female member of staff looking to argue with rosie. Rosie the member of staff was visibily working very hard alone clearing tables and chairs who then told the young staff member to leave we will talk later, and said I am not arguing with you right now . The young girl clearly had an issue with Roise but there is a time and a place to do this not in a child's play area where children are playing and adults dining able to hear this girl trying to cause an obvious argument with Rosie who was trying her best to run this area proffesionally. more help clearly needed in wacky warehouse due to the work load. But overall Rosie tried her best with what she had. She was very polite and professional but the company need to do more overall for things to run smoother as she didn't deserve that amount of stress.

   The play area is good and food is okay but seems to be every time my kids come here they end up poorly after, every single time. I’m not sure if the play area is sanitised properly or what it is but it’s put us off going. We just go to kids zone now and never had a problem!

   Tiffany was a great server it's a great place to let the kids run around whilst still enjoying very good pub grub of the adjoining Romans Rest. Highly recommend!!

   Excellent soft play area. The staff member Lilly was very hard working, friendly and great with the children. We also had tea, the chicken n mix platter which was excellent and a great price. Lovely eve out for the family , highly recommended.
