First time coming to this place and the birria tacos were amazing. Staff were nice. However queuing system was not great as the shop is small, people were pushing infront of others and the wait time was about 20 mins, very confusing if the place is busy.
Amazing food! Everything was very delicious and flavourful. First time trying it but it won’t be last. A hidden gem. Highly Recommend.
I moved here from California a few years ago. One thing I loved about home was the Mexican cuisine, the birria tacos I had here was 10/10 sent me right back home to the corner taco shop I use to eat at. They should consider making horchata or some type of Agua Fresca that would have been lovely with my meal and it’s super authentic this place is 100% HALAL
We had to come and see this place to see what the hype was about. We tried the birria tacos and they were delicious, very tasty. We were served by Abubakar and the rest of the lads on the Sunday evening shift. Although the place was busy I could see the effort they put in, very polite and professional. There can be improvements to payment methods and having an in store menu which I was surprised when not seeing one. However, they are renovating so fair enough! 5*
I was really looking forward to trying this place, as it's very difficult to find halal Mexican food. It's in the Batley plaza, close to Sibu and Chickanos. I really wanted to like it, and I was very fortunate to get 20% off as England were playing in the World Cup that day. We ordered the signature tacos, mac n cheese, fries, tenders, and 2 chicken burgers. The first burger was lovely, with a creme sauce. Lovely and fresh. The tenders were fresh and nice. The other chicken burger was probably the spiciest thing I've ever had. Me and my wife couldn't eat it, as it had this fresh red sauce which was like a habanero paste. Way too spicy and not enjoyable. When I ordered, I asked about the menu and certain items, but although the gentleman helped, he didn't tell me that particular burger was really spicy. The Birria tacos were fresh, served with a lime beef gravy. Nice, but too wet, and lacked the gelatinous unctuous beef taste, and a pinch of salt. I think they would be better if they were crunchy tacos, enabling a better experience. The mac n cheese was very watery and bland. The fries were really good though. Had a lovely seasoning.
Went for the first time today. Amazing customer service with top quality food. Everything was freshly made and the Burria tacos were absolutely mouthwatering. Would definitely recommend for anyone who hasn’t tried.
These guys know flavour. Lots of thought has gone into all the dishes. Birria Beef Tacos melt in your mouth and the wraps have been dipped in the broth before being fried. Beef really good quality. Burgers are very juicy with lots of flavour. New Nashville burger is one of the best I've had. Hard to find a proper one on any menu elsewhere but this one is what you'd find in America. Proper authentic spices with gherkins and chipotle. Can't wait to the new things on the menu
