   If I could give Pepe's Batley less than a star I would!! Ordered two chicken meals, got home to find out the size of the burgers were just about bigger than their tubs of sauce!!! Rang the branch and spoke to a women who couldn't care less and wasn't bothered... she argued these are small everyone knows but failed to mention this when ordering and no note online either to say you'll get portions less than a kids meal... basically paid over £11 for just fries!! Wouldn't even class this as a kids meal let alone anything else. Save your money and go somewhere else... below average food and poor service from staff

   My first time visiting the Batley branch, and I genuinely cannot fault it. The food quality and incredible taste surpass both the Bradford and Leeds branches, in my opinion. Everything was cooked perfectly, the chicken was juicy, and the spice level was spot on. The service was fast and friendly, too. This is now my go-to location! Keep up the brilliant work!

   First time customer, ordered via website (which seems to have a technical issue) and was initially disgruntled by the 99p service fee but then I received a 98p discount as it was my first order. The meal (a Chick 'n' Rice Meal) was ready and waiting on arrival and the staff were pleasant enough. The restaurant was nice and clean but a bit dishevelled outside, don't be put off by the exterior! Inside it's huge but bizarrely lacking in furniture so it feels a bit odd. We drove home with the food, it was still piping hot, the chips probably lost some crispiness but that's understandable. Chicken was tender and tasty and the portion was generous when unleashed onto a plate. It's a bit of a trek for me but if I were in the area I'd consider a return visit.

   Today I decided to try Pepe’s Pori Pori Batley for the first time, and sadly it will also be the last. I ordered the half chicken with rice and fries, expecting a tasty and satisfying meal, especially for the price I paid — £25 in total. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The fries were soggy and cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time before being packed. The rice was dry, hard, and lacked any flavour — it felt like it had been overcooked or left out too long. The chicken was burnt in places, making it tough to eat, and instead of enhancing the taste, the excessive sauce completely ruined it. The sauce was too much, and yet somehow it had no flavour at all. The pictures on the menu look great and made me think I was going to get a delicious meal, but what I received was nothing like that. I feel like I wasted my money, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their food and service.

   I have placed an order for chicken salad Wings and burger with chips All other branch pepes food is absolutely beautiful But this battley branch has gone so down interms of their food looks like staff don't want to work That they don't have ingredients which goes in there own recipe what a BIG SHAME ON PEPES NAME In my chicken salad they gave me wroten lettuce with chicken No cucumber no onion no tomatoes what type of salad is this i really want an answer from them. Rest of the food was cold and nasty in taste

   I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the portion sizes. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor, and the portion sizes were much smaller than what I am used to at other restaurants. I felt like I was being cheated out of my money, especially considering the high prices of the dishes. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Save your money and go somewhere else where you can get better quality food and larger portions. One person who’s working on grill eating directly food from grill with fork thats so bad

   My kids love to eat here whenever we plan to have food from outside. I ordered chicken burgers from here for a gathering of around 50 people including kids. It was a hit and everyone liked and enjoyed. The manager was extremely helpful during the order process, asked time of delivery and insisted on it to make sure that order is delivered fresh and will be distributed while the chips are still crispy and burgers are warm enough. He provided 5 pieces extra just in case during distribution if there is any problem I should not worry about number of burgers. Here you can have delicious food which is Halal and cooked to perfection. It’s my kids’ favourite restaurant. The staff is humble, always listen and exert in providing best to their customers. I wish Pepe’s success and prosperity. Keep on doing good job.

   Honestly speaking, this has to be one of the best places I have been to. Food is fantastic and well-cooked and the service is excellent. The menu has great variety. I always order from here with family, definitely worth the price.
