Really nice pub, but unfortunately couldn’t try food due to the days it’s available being different to the ones on google maps.

The Fox and Hounds is a gem! The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is brilliant, serving up delicious meals that are clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is spot on – lively enough to be exciting, but still cozy and relaxed. Whether you're after a casual pint or a full meal, this pub ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended!
Its a nice pub , cozy and clean . The inside has everything a pub needs ; bug screens to watch sports , pool table , plenty of seating areas , beer garden etc . There is a wheelchair / pram access from the back . They have dj at the weekends , on sunny days they jave kids games in the beer garden . Only let down is the food quality and the drinks prices . Food is really something like you would put in the oven for your child and drinks are as expensive as in the big city . Otherwise this would have the potential to be an amazing pub

Small but elegantly formed. Lovely little town which we enjoyed walking around. Worth a visit if your local enough.ie within 30 minutes.
The pub itself was good barmaid brill but disappointed with the meals. Cambodian curry very bland only had one piece of tomato on top of a slice of red onion (not exactly a side salad ) the pie of the day (steak) was very tasty but the chips more like French fries i was expecting chunky homemade. Also the online menu is out of date.should have a better vegetarian /vegan option .
