Why haven't I been here before...Had breakfast, my son wanted to visit Ikea so we dropped in to Tim's for a bite to eat. Great food. I've had the odd breakfast from other food outlets, not a patch on this.

Utterly appalling! Worst coffee I have tasted for a long time. Dreadful. Had a bacon roll for breakfast. Soooo salty - inedible! Undercooked hash brown. We had to go to Costa to buy tea and a small cake to get rid of the taste. Never ever again!! Do NOT go here for anything. P.s. worst Xmas tree ever as well...

Normally a great service, however I am incredibly upset that I was given chicken after having ordering the vegan/vegetarian option after being vegetarian for the last 10 years. I am beyond upset with the clear carelessness (that you wouldn’t expect given most of the customer base at this particular restaurant don’t or cannot eat chicken/meat for a variety of reasons). The manager was apologetic but this is not a simple mistake, this has entirely soured my perception of Tim Hortons and caused a great deal of distrust with Fast Food establishments such as this. I personally don’t think that the packaging is suitable to make it distinguishable between vegan/vegetarian options and normal products. I understand that human errors occur but this is a great deal for someone who doesn’t and hasn’t eaten meat for a long time. Incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has an alternative diet.

My Go-To Spot for Peace and Productivity ☕✨ Tim Hortons in Batley has become my sanctuary for quiet moments and focused work. Whether I’m chilling with a latte or getting things done on my laptop, the cozy atmosphere and calm vibe make it the perfect escape from the daily rush. The service is consistently excellent—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam, the shift manager (I believe), and she truly stands out. Her energy is infectious, her positivity uplifting, and her warm attitude makes every visit feel personal. The entire team reflects that same spirit—always attentive and kind. I usually treat myself to a latte and some desserts (which never disappoint), and I’m looking forward to trying the food soon. If you're in the area and need a peaceful spot to unwind or work, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s more than just a coffee shop—it’s a little pocket of calm. Thanks to the team for creating such a lovely space!

I had heard good things about Tim Hortons and wanted to give it a try, however the standard of food I received here was very poor. The nachos had a teaspoon of beef, solid melted cheese and it was drowned in sweet chilli sauce. Very poor and a million miles away from the picture on the order menu.

Quick service, massive range of beverage choices and donuts plus burgers etc. Had a giant cuppa and a burger and it was lovely. Only complaint my lattice fries were cold. Donuts were delicious and I had with an espresso which was lovely.

Wanted to try this as was intrigued who they were and why they'd opened in the UK. I'd only ever heard of them because of the story of staff calling cops in Canada during their lockdown because guy was eating his food in his car outside their store (we never got that crazy!). Anyway verdict was pretty disgusting. Burger didn't look like meat and didn't taste like it either. Bun was stale and whole thing was horrible. Waffle fries tasted just like oven cooked McCain frozen ones. At least the drink was just a bottle of coke so at least that was ok. Glad it was just me and I didn't subject my family to it.

Liked aspects. Chicken was tiny for the price. Not much sauce on burgers. Donuts nice. Toasted sandwich good. 1 out of the 3 meals we had were good. Quite expensive.

My favorite Candian coffee French Vanilla, so creamy with your special blend coffee and milk combination. I got 2 large ones. They were great, one I drank cold the next day as I left it my car overnight. It was still as good. The box of 10 tinbits lasted 10 mins they are so good. For a treat I had a honey Cruller donut, it went too quickly. Helpful and very friendly staff. I will be back for more very soon. Bought a box of donuts to share, everyone loved them.
