   We had a special milestone birthday at Goa last week. Mahmut, Rahman and the excellent team of staff at Goa could not have done any more to make the evening so special. They went out of their way to ensure a good night was had by all. They set out the side room perfectly and brought out wonderful starters and main courses to 34 friends and family, Despite almost everyone choosing a different main course, the food was hot, served so that we all ate together and was as delicious as always. Everyone remarked how friendly and helpful the staff were - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all the staff at Goa for the excellent food and service and for all you did on the night.    We had the pleasure of dining at Goa Indian Restaurant tonight, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of exquisite – bursting with authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Every dish we tried was a standout! What truly set the evening apart, though, was the sterling customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our visit. We highly recommend Goa Indian Restaurant to anyone looking for top-quality Indian cuisine and a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

   Lovely place nice bright very friendly helpful staff. Clean and very nicely decorated. Had a meal onion bajis chicken tika balti vegetable rice Goa special Nan. Everything was beautifully cooked and hot when it arrived at our table. They serve cobra larger and lots more drinks, obviously. Toilets aren't the smartest, but they are clean and fresh. (Ladies) not allowed in the men's cause I'm a lady. Had loads to eat 1 serving of rice would do for 2, I think. Nan bread is thin but nice and light. Would definatley recommend trying. Make sure you book as it gets very busy.

   Visited here for the first time yesterday however, my sister is a regular here. The staff are so lovely, very friendly and welcoming and or it has a nice atmosphere. It was very busy which is always a good sign when visiting a new restaurant. We both had a pickle tray and popadoms, the popadoms were warm and fresh. Between us we shared onion bhajis and chicken tikka for starters. Both very fresh, packed full of flavour and just the perfect portion size for a starter. My sister then chose chicken tikka main with a garlic cheese Naan and I had chicken tikka masala and pilau rice - the staff brought us some Bombay potato's but my goodness these absolutely blew my head off!!! The portions for the main course are very generous, we couldn't finish them but the staff were happy to put them in take out tubs so we could take them home. Drinks were lovely and reasonably priced, we both had a raspberry gin and lemonade which came with fresh fruit, that's always a bonus! My sister ordered a take out for her partner to take home, this included a starter, main, rice, & a Naan which they had ready for when we had finished. Staff couldn't do enough for us, checking we were happy with everything and asking if they could do anything for us. The hot towels they brought before we left was a nice added touch, always good to clean your hands after an Indian. The staff definitely make this place what it is, the quality of food is second to none and the atmosphere, decor and overall comfort of the restaurant is exactly what you would want then going out for a meal.    First time eating at this restaurant, have been to many Indian restaurants and this one is firmly at the top of that list. Very friendly and professional staff, gave us as much time as we needed to make our choice from the menu. Food arrived in good time and was presented in an attractive way, it all looked yummy. I had asked for a Dahl that wasn't on the menu, the chefs made it for me on the spot, it was possibly the best I've had. Highly recommended a visit to this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

   I was recommended this restaurant during my trip to Rotherham and my goodness I wasn’t disappointed!! The food was incredible, one of the best curry dishes I’ve tasted. Hats off to the chef!! The service was amazing, friendly staff and the vibe of the restaurant was spot on. The food came out at a good time and I didn’t feel rushed even though it was busy. Definitely will be making another visit here again. Thank you for having me and my family

   I went last year for my birthday and it was brilliant food and service, wanted to go again this year for my birthday but unfortunately they had a mix up with us eating in and no table available, they offered us a drink of choice on the house and a discount take away for their mistake. We decided against the take away and ended up having a meal elsewhere (couldn’t be bothered with mess at home on my birthday!) , I was gutted as it’s fantastic food, but very friendly manager, we would definitely go back again.

   I was fortunate enough to be at the grand opening of the new Goa restaurant, and have also visited the sister establishment at Mexborough a couple of times. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Well worth going out of your way to visit and grab some tasty snap. I didn't get a picture of the food before I ate it, so have one of when I'd cleared my plate and all of the dishes. Highly recommended.
