I ordered pizzas and fish and chips at 7pm,staff said 30 minutes so I went after 35 minutes then staff said 10 minutes and waiting another 30 minutes so then take foods home, pizza was cold and fish and chips had hair in it,never going back there again.
Waited 30 mins before walking out, ordered 4pc chicken and chips kept being told to wait. Takeout was full of same customers I walked in with. Short staffed and very slow workforce. The fish they just half it down the middle and fry it separately just to say it's 2pc but it's actually one. Rip off
Worst customer service ever received, on simple question rather give positive reply been told don’t Come on the shop next time these kind of staff helping owner to shut the business quick Suggestion to owner tell your staff to treat customers with respect
Ordered fish and chips for the last time. Stodgy batter , uncooked fish. The BOGOF offer is a joke, they split half the fish and say you get two haha.
Portion size is fantastic for the price. Chips and burgers taste really good, the fish was a little bland but not terrible. Great for a cheap and quick evening meal.
Brilliant food and really polite staff but some staff, asked if they do just onions as opposed to a full mixed salad and one of the other workers abruptly said "no we don't do onions!" as if I had offended him. The rest of staff were fine though.
Amazing pizzas I have come here every Saturday for around 2 years now. However, prices have been getting higher and sometimes when you order they will give your food to other people which is pretty annoying.
Fish n chips 6 quid but was tastless very disappointed. Pizza was OK. Best thing j had was a bottle of Pepsi and the rubicon was good. Won't be going here again I was mistaken to try this place. AVOID
