   Items not as described took a lot longer than it should have wouldn’t order again as not the first time there has been an issue Ordered honeycomb crunch waffle not much crunchie on it saw it advertised on social media looked absolutely lovely the one I got was awful no whipped cream either or icing powder on Deliveroo it states you get whipped cream and icing powder but there wasn’t any ordered the hocus pocus ice cream no chocolate sauce or sprinkles feel ripped off. If your advertising nice looking waffles and they turn up completely different to the photos they post on socials wouldn’t order again

   I've never wrote a review before but this place is terrible, I ordered on Uber eats JUST a milkshake and ONE scoop of ice cream that took roughly an hour to arrive with an eta of 25 minutes, the milkshake wasn't even blended well and there was huge chunks of chocolate left in there leaving it undrinkable from the straw. I really didn't think a dessert place would be incapable of timings and making a milkshake. I DO NOT RECOMMENED.

   I ordered 7 different milkshakes and only the bubblegum milkshake tasted nice. The rest had no taste what so ever. I felt like calling and asking for a refund but I had family over so didn't get a chance to call straight away.

   Usually rate this place and normally can't fault it. Don't order on a Saturday and you'll enjoy. Ordered tonight and a brownie I have ordered before was swapped for clearly a shop bought one which was more like a cake and not great. Delivery driver is very polite though.

   Ordered via Uber Eats with estimated delivery time of 5-25 minutes. Nothing had arrived after half an hour so rang for an update - the man who answered the phone said 'he'd ring us back in 2 minutes'. He never did so we rang the store about 10-15 minutes later and the lady who answered the phone told us that the crepe machine wasn't working so they obviously could never fulfill our order but hadn't bothered to let us know. We asked them to cancel the order via Uber Eats and she said 'no problem'. Still waiting on the order to be canceled via Uber Eats. 1* is generous for the terrible service, hopefully if you receive your order it will be better than there communication skills.
