Dire. Ordered got sent to a bay no bays so went to a car park space. Finally got it after waiting 20 mins and him passing our bag of food around into other cars. Service is shocking and it's absolutely freezing. Forgot the wrap, forgot the sauce.
Im a regular customer i come here every 2nd or third day but this time im sorry to say the fries are not fresh not even gonna eat them. Very disappointed.
Pleasant atmosphere. Popped in a couple of times. My advice - look out for Fathi. Always smiling, very helpful, and makes best sandwiches! Compliments to the management. Will be back soon
It's been a long time since I had chicken this good! I got the 3pc with Fries. The service was fast and the chicken was hot and ready. The chicken meat came off the bone! The venue was clean inside as well. Very happy with my purchase today.
I recall writing a bad review many years ago, I can't quite remember what happened, I think it was something to do with the wrong order. However, in recent times they seem to have improved their service. I have gone in for my takeaway before, and it's a little bit of a 5-10 minute wait which is rather annoying because I don't class that as 'fast food' but I have had longer waits. My reason for this review is due to my most recent visit on Monday when we had a downpour. I decided to go through the drive thru, I went to pay, and the lady literally put down the payment machine and handed over my food. She was a lovely woman too, great customer service and very welcoming.
Utterly woeful experience of this place, go to order on the machine, turns out the contactless connection didn’t work, had to go to till, tell the guy behind the till the machine isn’t working and he just nonchalantly took the order, other customers then had the same issue with the machine and had to go to the till, perhaps it’d have been wise to switch it off, or put a note on it? Finally ordered and I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes watching JustEat people coming and going with rapidly prepared orders, whilst the rest of the restaurant was waiting, I was one of around 10 people waiting. I looked round the place and only two tables actually had food. Utterly perplexing that they’ll have people standing staring at them but send JustEat orders off in no time at all. Finally after a little complaining they get on with the order, yet forget my child’s drink. My wife bit into one of the wings and it was running pink. We’d already been waylaid off schedule thanks to their utterly diabolical displays of customer service so couldn’t be bothered to go up and say anything as we had to be out of there. Do yourselves a favour though and just go elsewhere, this place is an absolute joke.
This KFC is actually really tasty compared to some, the service timing could be a little bit faster but with it being a drive thru store it can sometimes be slow indoors. The restaurant dining area is usually clean, only on a few odd occasions have I visited to find food left on tables, bins overflowing and toilets full of urine, but this could just be bad timing as it’s usually it’s clean and tidy. The staff are nice here, not very talkative but are polite and respectful.
Service is abysmal. There were three people at the front (one packing orders, one doing something with the chips and a young lad pretending to look busy), and quote a few in the back - I could see at least four. I spoke to the young lad at the front when I went and he couldn't even be bothered to talk properly. He told me I had to wait to be served, and that it wouldn't be long. He proceeded to pack cookies into a bag and wonder off around the back. About 5 minutes later he re-appeared (my order still not taken) and told me he would get someone. After about 10 minutes I gave up and went to the self order machine (which didn't work). I went back to the till, only to be told it would be a longer wait. I asked if he could take my order and he said no. There was no apology, no urgency to get someone else, nothing. I just gave up and left. On my way out I saw someome cleaning up a table for their family to sit at, a woman walk in with a dog and take a seat, and a huge queue at the drive-through. I'm glad I took my money elsewhere, this shop should be closed. The staff are rude, hygiene clearly isnt a priority, and they have no idea what customer service is, and the managers are just absent.
Food only just warm, chicken in a wrap was almost non existent and cold, staff laughing and talking amongst themselves and no other customers. Also did not like the fact that male and female toilets (cubicles) in the same room. Did not feel safe!
Bought a zinger burger meal and chicken pieces. It was super fast but I soon realised why. The chicken must have been prepared many hours ago as the skin was soft and soggy. The zinger burger looked like it was on a kids bun and 22 wrinkly dry chips. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It tasted as awful as it looked and there was no 'zing' to the zinger piece of chicken.
