Saturday dinner time arrival, only three staff working. No sense of urgency. We ordered, then a coach load turned up and were getting their food out before us. One burger missed, no napkins or sauces offered, self serve drinks. Staff were polite, but no sense of 'let's clear this queue'.
Vegan Royale was fresh and delicious. I am thankful to have a nice option when traveling. Thank you!
I know they inflate the prices at a services, but even so since when is burger fries and coke £15? On the plus side it has a clean, reasonably big seating area, and Amelia I think her name was is gorgeous.
Young staff who don’t really have a motivation to provide good service. They were just chatting amongst themselves a lot. Food was cold. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was white. They said the syrup wasn’t coming out and it would be a few minutes to fix it and get a new one. I was happy to wait and was given another but it was white and plain. They didn’t even check that the second drink they gave me was better than the first. I went back with the second drink and they said we are just about to change the bag if I wanted to wait longer. I gave up and asked for a refund. They had to get the manager who couldn’t refund my card because I had used Apple Pay and didn’t have my physical card on me. They had to give me a cash refund.
Stopped for a burger to put me on before dinner. Service here was quick to be fair, I ordered a burger in its own which in hindsight was an error as it came in at over £10 quid and a meal was just over £12. Good sized burger well put together not like McDonald’s that can be literally thrown together. It was tasty also!! However absolutely no way that was worth £10!!
Because this Burger King has self service machines. The staff don't acknowledge the customer. And they gave me different fries that was up to Burger King standard and that's ok but they didn't let me know that they didn't have the skin on fries
Took 40 minutes to come out and they got my order wrong and I was thinking that Burger King is meant to be fast food
The guy (not sure of his name) was very well mannered, very polite and helpful. Time and date 8/2/23@11:45 am, it’s nice to see a friendly face upon being served and spoken to without attitude, give this lad kudos. He needs the recognition he deserves.
I normally like Burger King but today at this location I had the worst cheeseburger ever! The bread was very dry, like if it was old/stale; there was barely any condiment and the patty was very thin, dry and overcooked. Couldn’t finish it! My husband’s cheeseburger was the same so it was not a one off thing. Two stars because the fries were okay.
