Had zinger burger and fries both were cold and the fries looked grey and far from fresh. Both tasted like they were cooked in old oil. and by reading other peoples reviews on here the place needs a serious overhaul of management or shutting down
Can never get an order right, food always cold. Service is so so slow. I mean, come on, I only went in for a burger meal and they forget to put a burger in. Don't do a mobile order or you might end up like me, sat there 15 minutes waiting for it to be prepared. Only to learn when another customer comes in that their system is down and orders are not coming through. What did they think I had come in for?? a warm and to smell chicken frying. I was only person in there and they never bothered to ask or tell me something was wrong.
Not sure what's happened to KFC of late. I ordered the family bucket and two chicken fillet burgers. Most of the chicken was dry and not much taste to it. The fillet burger was not how they used to be. Probably best thing was the wings and coleslaw. Would not recommend.
I was very surprised to find probably the cleanest KFC I had ever visited. No food was sat under the lamps drying out! I ordered 10 pieces of chicken as a meal for our family. The staff were polite and courteous. This has to be the best KFC experience so far in my life.. well done.
Food was very bad and they cooked it with old oil. Whoever eaten the food got illness!! Also kfc Bramley staff treated us in a very rude and worst manner
For a small KFC, they did very well. No complaints. Not the best, but certainly nowhere near the worst.
Took 10 hotwings meals today. All the wings were really burnt . Cant eat it . Have to throw that away. This is not the first time i had this experience. Will never buy from this kfc bramley again.
Awful service. Refused to swap my gravy for beans it got rudely declined. Took them 10 minutes to come back to me to pay even more money for the beans I asked to swap. Then after all that I was the one who had to tell the staff what my order was and what came with my order. All the staff looking though from the kitchen area was looking at me very rudely will not be returning for sure very disappointing.
The people running this really need to shape up. Chaos as the self serve machines had run out of receipt paper. Then 25 mins wait for a take away order. Food crammed into the smallest bag, the bag then split on the way to the car spilling the food. Well the food the retards serving had managed to get correct, several items were missing.
Lovely and tasty however portion sizes are very disappointing, never got such a small amount of chips from a KFC before!
