Last minute decision to go bowling and out for tea with our 2 year old. We were unsure if we would even be seated given the event on at the arena and how busy it seemed. Straight away the host was so positive, friendly and welcoming. Ensured we not only had a seat but it was suitable and comfortable for us with our young child. Openly expressed there could be up to an hour wait for food (wasn’t even close, so fast). We were prepared to wait. Waiting staff were fabulous. Even expressed their opinion when comparing two dishes. Smiling faces all seemed to be positively interacting with each other and happy to take our orders for drinks, icecream as they passed. For a spontaneous meal after a tough week I really think they made our night. It’s the little acts of kindness towards our daughter and small meaningful interactions that make a huge difference.

Don’t bother. The service was poor, waited a good while for our starters to arrive and when they did, only one arrived with no mention of the other. Other tables that arrived after us received their food, including mains while we waited. The food was good and we like the restaurant, hence our visit today, we’ve been before, but won’t be visiting again. Very disappointed in the managers attitude. I used a 25% discount (see photo). I was questioned if I work in hospitality, where about I work and how long I have worked there for despite the coupon saying you don’t have to work specifically in hospitality or show proof. You could just love dining out. Surprise, surprise, the manager worked where I said and was making me out to be a liar. I suppose if I’d have said I work at Greggs, she would have worked there too. I questioned whether the bill was correct and I was given the 3rd degree, nice customer service skills. I guess to be manager you have to be hard faced, ruthless and quite rude if the mood takes.

Lovely to see it busy. Precious gave fantastic service. Food was amazing value for the 1995 deal!

We both had the 3 course meals (normal and gluten free). All food was DELICIOUS, served quick and the manager and staff were FANTASTIC; very polite and helpful. Can definitely recommend this place, and next time we are in Sheffield, we'll be back. even the toilets were super clean!

Great F&B restaurant, probably one of the best I've been to. Excellent service, food was served quickly but was hot and fresh. Waitress very attentive. Excellent overall!

Food was not even good, and we waited an hour and 15 minutes for a burger and pasta. The place wasn't even crowded. Staff was nice but definitely forgot us.

After having a number of poor visits at our more local Frankie and Benny branches I was reluctant to visit. However after an evening event at Sheffield arena this was the only place we could get a table. I can not believe how different it was to our previous visits at our local ones. The staff were all excellent. They were helpful and engaging and attentive. We struggled to decide what to eat (sorry to the waitress who came 3 times to take our order as we took so long) so ordered multiple dishes to share. All the food was hot and served in good time. Nice crispy french fries. The chicken parmigiana was huge and served with both a good portion of spaghetti and fries. Very tasty and a good coating of breadcrumb with just the right amount of sauce. Really enjoyed the bacon potato skins and sour cream. My daughter had a burger which looked very nice, it totally defeated her though as it was pretty big. I was honestly amazed at the quality of the food and how different this experience was to other branches. We also had some mocktails. The blueberry crush was amazing. Really refreshing and a nice fizz to it. The prices of the mocktails felt very reasonable, and a good selection on the menu. Perfect for drivers or non drinkers who want something a bit nicer than a soft drink. A very enjoyable meal and excellent evening. Still shocked at how different and inconsistent 2 restaurants from the same chain can be. We will certainly be visiting again next time we are in Sheffield. Well done Frankie and Benny's Centertainment

Ordered pomodoro (pasta) and garlic pizza bread for lunch.Had to initially return the pasta as it was cold. After it was served second time it was much better tasty&hot. Garlic pizza bread disappointing very little garlic, very thin base and on the chewy side again wasn't hot. Previously been a regular of this restaurant where the quality and portion sizes of the food were much better than they are now. Think the high prices don't represent the quality of food/drink. Although couldn't fault the waiting staff they were friendly and professional. Also dealt with the incidentally promptly too.
