   Disgusting customer service. Took 2 hours to be delivered. When I rang, they claimed it hadn’t been set out for delivery yet. When the order got delivered, we were missing a full meal and a chocolate sundae. Rang them back up to be told we hadn’t ordered them (we had) and that we would have to pay for the items again. No chance. 40 quid for absolute crap.

   Fast food, staff has been lovely, it's not gourmet of course but you get what you pay for. £10 for a classic triple cheeseburger, chips, and drink, is a good deal. Have tried the gourmet burgers and they were nice, but I'm here for an old school dirty meal and they give it to me. Order in and takeaway myself, can't speak for any deliveries from uber/just eat.

   Ordered a dessert that stated it was made with milk chocolate, the dessert was delivered and it was made with Nutella instead. My wife has a nut allergy and had a reaction. We called to ask for a replacement and the man on the phone was very dismissive and insistent that it was milk chocolate but agreed to send out a replacement. An hour has passed and the replacement hasn’t been delivered. Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs

   Extremely disappointed with this order. The pizza was bland and tasteless, the chips were soggy, and the wrap was greasy — I could only manage a few bites. The only decent things were the milkshake and the cake, but even the sponge in the cake was soggy and unpleasant. On top of that, they tried to charge me for items they couldn’t deliver and refused to mark the order as delivered. When I asked to cancel and get a refund for missing items, they said no, and even delayed the delivery time by an hour without reason. Really sneaky behaviour and poor customer service. Won’t be ordering from them again. Luckily, Just Eat agreed to refund me for the missing items after I provided evidence and facts.

   Disappointed this time. Food arrived cold and late, and instead of the £9.99 Dubai viral chocolate bar we ordered, we got a strawberry pot none of us can eat. Called to sort it and was met with rudeness, no apology, and a lie that they “couldn’t reach me and I must have the wrong number on the account”—odd, since they called me days ago on the same number. We’re really good customers and it’s a shame to be treated like crap, with nothing done to rectify the issue—just attitude instead. Not sure if we’ll be ordering again.
