Terrible experience. My order arrived completely wrong, several items were missing, and the food that did show up looked downright disgusting. Nothing was fresh, nothing matched what I paid for, and the whole meal was basically inedible. Huge disappointment — I won’t be ordering from here again.
This is absolutely disgusting I have put an order online and I received different order not even what I can eat I’m allergic and was sent the item I can’t eat this is ridiculous they are unsafe to be serving the community. Health and safety, food safety should be visiting after all these complaints I have not even seen one good comment is atrocious this needs to be investigated .
Really disappointed with my recent visit. The person serving was like a robot — no charisma, no smile, just very moody and rude. I was even overcharged for my kebab, and when I queried the price with who seemed to be the owner, it felt like they were just making prices up on the spot. I also ordered some chips, which weren’t added to my order. When I questioned it, I was abruptly told I hadn’t paid for them — very unprofessional. It’s such a shame, as my family have always spoken highly of this place in the past, but the standards have definitely gone downhill. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this experience was poor enough that I felt I had to.

Ordered a garlic bread and a 12' BBQ pizza. I was drunk, but that BBQ pizza was amazing! Sweet and tasted like lamb and mint sauce, weirdly. Would recommend the Pizza for anyone with a sweet tooth
Gave this place a second chance. They rose their prices and after that they became the worst takeaway in bingley. Before they gave you a huge amount of decent fries and their burgers were amazing, not only that their customer service was amazing. But now after a change their standards have dropped immensely. They charge £6 for a burger and chips which tastes vile. Not only that they give you less chips than before. But the worst thing about the place is the rude customer service. I tried to be decent with manners. But they literally slid my takeaway order across the counter, where my food dropped from the container, I still said thank you goodbye. They simply ignored it. Bare in mind I have been going to this place for months. Don't go there waste of money and you will be treated like garbage. If they treat loyal customers like me like stuff of their shoe. Who knows what they will treat you like. Disgusting in all areas of the place.
Placed an order from kebab ranch for £45.32 with a crunch box costing £9.50 as shown on receipt. This is what turned up at my house after waiting a total of 1 hour 40 minutes and 3 phone calls asking where food was. I said I wanted it sorting as that wasn’t good enough for the money and he said I had to wait another 40/50 minutes for them to sort something. I think it’s an absolute joke. Never had problems with kebab ranch befor but I will not be ordering of them again!
Can't get my order right.... I love the pizzas from this place but sadly they can't get my order right, have selected pizza with stuffed crust last few times I have ordered, but no stuffed crust! Was on receipt but not in the pizza! Was charged for this also on both occasions, basically charged an extra fiver for nothing! Such a let down! Deffinetly lost confidence with this place :| good luck
