   I’ve been ordering from Bengal Regency for a long time, but tonight’s experience was genuinely unacceptable. Our order arrived nearly two hours after being placed, which we were willing to overlook, but the real issue was that a chicken nuggets meal was missing and one of the bags had split, leaving some of the food damaged. When I called to let them know, the phone was passed to a male staff member who immediately became defensive and accused me of lying, insisting he was “100% sure” he’d packed the nuggets. I calmly explained that they weren’t there, but instead of helping, he became agitated and confrontational. The phone was then quickly taken off him by a female staff member, which says a lot about how he was behaving. Why on earth would I lie about a £4 chicken nugget meal? The problem wasn’t the cost — it was the fact that someone in my household ended up without a meal, and some of our food was ruined due to the split bag. For a loyal customer to be spoken to like that is completely unacceptable, and I genuinely hope his understanding of customer service is improved. I do want to say that the delivery lady was absolutely lovely, so this review is not directed at her in any way. But the male staff member who spoke to me on the phone seriously needs to learn some manners and understand how to treat customers with basic respect. It’s fair to say that after an average waiting time of nearly two hours for this order and previous orders, taken together with this man’s attitude has been enough for us to leave a bad review, no longer recommend this restaurant and no longer order from here. ORDER FROM GURKHA AROMA!!!

   We order from here regularly and find the quality of food by far the best in the area, and we've tried just about everywhere. They do keep you waiting sometimes for delivery, but I have to say the food is fantastic, authentic, and well worth the wait.

   Ordered at 7.40pm and told 60 mins delivery. Called around 9.18pm to see where it was and was told it’s already out for delivery and will be with us soon and was hung up on. Called again 20 minutes later as it’s only 10 minutes drive from the restaurant to our house and was told it had left for delivery at 9.25pm (so at 9.18 it wasn’t on its way to us at all). When it finally arrived after 2 hours and 10 minutes the driver told me he didn’t have any change so I effectively had no choice but to tip. I usually tip anyway however after 2+ hours wait for bang average food and being lied to it felt especially crafty.

   Wow just wow. The naan breads are absolutely amazing freshly cooked and so tasty!! If collected!. I ordered a curry for the first time and it was so tasty the only negative I can say was the lack of meat but still at the same time was good quality! Will deffo be ordering again

   They need to sort their timings out. I'm fed up of waiting for half an hour inside every time I collect. If its going to be ready in 50 minutes, just say so. Don't say 15-20 and make people wait.

   "your meal will be ready to collect in 20 minutes" arrive to collect. 25 minutes of waiting inside collection area it is finally ready. Happens every time without fail. Really grips me.

   Very poor, the Lamb Tikka was completely inedible, like pieces of rubber, horrible !! Bahar-E Chicken had no nuts, no sultanas and not much chicken
