   Overcharged and very unfair staff. We went and ordered the set menu for 2. Which online is £22.50. I could not see this in the menu but when I asked he said yes can do the set menu. When we paid it was £56. I asked why the price was this and he explained we don’t do set menus in restaurant and it was only for takeaway which was never explained to us when we ordered. We went in for a quick Monday evening cheap meal and did not expect for be paying separately for everything on the set menu which was supposed to have been £22.50. They should have explained this when we ordered. Will not be returning and be sure to check your bill. Food was also not great.

   I havnt been for a couple of years and I can honestly say it didn't disappoint. I brought my friends to the restaurant a couple of weeks ago. It looked like it had been freshly decorated it was so clean. We all thought the food was excellent & the staff were very helpful. In fact my friends thought it was the best Indian food they'd had in a long time. They have recently moved back to Jersey in the Channel Islands after spending almost 50 years in the USA. High praise in deed! We were so impressed we are taking more friends in December. A very small criticism ... a little music for a better atmosphere would be nice!

   We ordered a takeaway 6.9.25 online to be delivered in a chosen time slot. It came almost 40mins early. Its not a complaint , because it's usually late, so thank you. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The best takeaway curry we've ever had , and I've had a few.. Many thanks and well done to all at the Vine

   First time visiting and definitely won't be the last, food was amazing, really big portions, the lamb was so tender, it didn't need chewing. Was busy but the waiter's did a great job,and were very attentive, but maybe bring the drinks out on a tray to save them going back to the bar multiple times, when serving a large party.

   Good, service and atmosphere was excellent! The staff are polite and professional. Moh looked after us and recommended us dishes that were very tasty. I will definitely be back again. Credit to the chef. We didn’t book and was seated straight away. Nice little cosy place if you want to dine in.

   Appetiser and starter were lovely however after waiting 45mins for our main course to arrive it came warm and not even decent warm. We called the waiter over who was very nice and he reordered our food which arrived warm but only a bit warmer than 1st time around. My partner wanted to speak with the manager, who basically ignored and wouldn't talk with him. In the end we paid for what we had eaten and drank. They gave us our food to take home with us but it ruined what should have been a lovely 60th birthday for my partner. This restaurant came highly recommended by people who lived near it but what a disappointment first and last time visit. I've rated it 1star just for the starters and the lovely waiter, otherwise it wouldn't have got any.

   We order 3 different dishes for takeaway but none of them impressed us. The food was bland and all tasted pretty much the same. We had a guest over and he also said the same thing. However the delivery was quick and portions were good size.
