    I ordered the Chicken burger, which was cooked perfectly, plenty of lettuce, sauce and hot. The fries were the same, nice and hot, all wrapped up perfectly. Highly recommended, FAR better than McDonald’s and I urge everyone to try this lovely fast food restaurant.

    THE best Mahmoods branch in my opinion. Any time I’m heading through Keighley I stop off here. The food is always perfect but the main reason is the customer service The lads here are fantastic all really friendly no matter what time you go in and the service is always 10/10. I don’t leave reviews often but the service here is consistently so good that I felt I had to as these lads deserve recognition. Keep it up.

    Words can't express the food, service and atmosphere... food was gorgeous best in town and customer service was amazing and exceptional... I didn't get the individuals name but he was absolutely lovely and made myself and my guests feel so welcome we didnt want to leave and will be returning again soon, we all ordered our own meals as no one likes same meal so this was a one stop shop and we all got what we wanted... he even went out of his way to put sparklers in matilda cake and as we were leaving we were given another on the house. They were so kind they opened upstairs for us which we had to ourselves. Thank you so much for making our special day more special

    How tight can you get to now give sauce tubs just because we didn't add it on deliveroo? The guy on the phone said he'd send some too!! The big dripper patty had small bits of bones or something I kept biting into!

    I tried ordering over the phone and it took me 4 attempts for someone to even answer the phone. Normally it'll say user busy if the phone was actually in use, however all 4 times the phone was going through. And finally when I did eventually get through to a staff member I ordered food as normal. He then asked me if that was everything and i replied saying no I would also like a cookie dough! But I apparently have to ring the Marco Polo phone for that, which I don't see the reason when it would be the same staff member answering that phone. I tried explaining that it had already taken me ages for youse to even answer the phone and that I should be able to complete my order and he just hung up on me. I then came into the store to order my food. He said it'll be a 5 minutes Wait which was fine, but I ended up waiting 20 mins for a double cheeseburger meal. I get home, open it up and he's gave me a single burger meal. I appreciate at times it can get busy but there was no other customer in the store. The fact that as a customer I paid for my food I should get what I pay for. And I can't ring to complain because it takes 15-20 minutes just for someone to answer. This has happened numerous amounts of times where it takes ages for someone to pick up and many times my order has been messed up, and I doubt it'll be the last time. Still I never complained because I get mistakes can happen, its normal. But the fact that it's happened a lot, I've been left with no choice but to complain! Action should be taken on all staff members because if no one tell them off they going to mess everyone's orders up

    Just by chance I got chance to visit this branch early in the morning or can say very late. I ordered just normal chicken Fillet Burger and I was surprised to find such tasty and fresh burger better than its competitors. Burger was made fresh and very nice and tasty. Fries were also fresh and crispy. I was again surprised when on request lady staff gave me ketchup, barbecue, chilli and special Burger sauce without any charges and these sauces were not filled in shop but properly packed in factory. Price was very reasonable. I am wondering why I didn't visit such a wonderful shop. Anyways, 5 stars in all aspects. Please keep up this standard and don't downgrade your service like your competitors. I know Chickeno when started used to be very good. They used to serve fresh burgers, generous amount of fries and big packing of sauces. Now it's popular, I have got few times reheated burgers, very few fries and few grams of sauces. I am really glad by your service.

    First time I come in here and it will be the last, one of the staff members was eating chips whilst he was handling other pieces of food and looked at me whilst he did it. Unhygienic and unprofessional. Did I forget to mention the hair on the table. One of the workers blew his nose then started to handle food. Definitely won’t be coming back it’s disgusting in here. Also it’s like a youth club in here with the workers, constantly on their phones, giving discount to their mates that come in too. Then when I complained my wrap had chilli sauce in and I can’t have spicy food they talk in their language ABSOLUTE JOKE!!

    Just been to the Keighley Branch. I have to say, BRILLIANT service. For the amount of customers that were in the premises, I must say that the speed was extremely quick. Ordered and received on the spot under a minute! My number one spot to come to from now on ☝️
