Went to Toby carvery in Keighley at lunchtime as a Party of twelve including four children so were happy to be seated in the room to the left as they can be a bit excitable. Pleasant staff, seated promptly. No long queues for carvery which was lovely and hot. Five choices of meat which was good. We were a bit dubious about going as recent reviews havenβt been great but need not have worried! I would say if you are a frequent Toby carvery user then donβt look at the bad reviews and give it another chance. It is under new management now and they are doing their best to turn it around and make it the lovely carvery it once was.

Absolutely dreadful experience at Toby Carvery Keighley. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place has serious issues. The atmosphere was unbearable - groups of children running around with TikTok videos blaring at full volume from their phones. When I politely raised this with the manager, the response was dismissive at best: βThe best we can do is move you.β No attempt to address the disturbance, just shuffle us elsewhere like itβs our problem to deal with. The service was shockingly poor. Staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to actually serve customers. We stood waiting while they carried on their conversations, completely oblivious to the queue building up. As for the carvery itself - laughable. Only TWO meat options available, and we were told it would take 20 minutes to bring more out. Twenty minutes! At a carvery! Isnβt the whole point that the food is ready and waiting? Honestly, youβd be better off cooking at home - it would be quicker, cheaper, and far less stressful. I certainly didnβt choose to come here, and I wonβt be making that mistake again. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

I have today taken a group of 31 older people to the Toby Carvery, Keighley, for our Annual Christmas lunch. It was excellent. The staff, particularly Jack and Tom were thoroughly helpful, courteous and professional and were really good representatives for the Toby Group. Well done !!

Friendly, family orientated place that is reasonably priced! Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful all the way. Me and my son went for a carvery and it was really tasty! Nice treat after 2 hours of football on a wet cold Saturday morning! The place is clean, plenty of parking spaces outside and the fact that we got the table without booking in advance was a really nice surprise! We had desert and a couple of drinks and a lovely cup of tea. Everything we had was up to good standards and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Went for Sunday roast, I booked in advance but it was so busy that we had to wait a bit. Long queue outside, but the servers were kind and we were told to grab a drink from the bar. Large selection on meats and sides, we're a family of 6 and the Bill was around Β£80 desserts included so very reasonable. The drinks were refillable. The place was packed on a Sunday afternoon, so the service was a bit slow, maybe a bit understaffed but the people who work there were trying their best.

We were greeted by a lovely young lady she was very polite and assured us our table would be ready soon. The bar staff were very friendly and we were served promptly. The chefs serving the carvery were very generous with the portions of meat. The rest of the carvery was piping hot and very tasty, my husband said the roast potatoes were amazing. He was a bit gutted that there was no crackling. Well done, Toby carvery staff.

Maybe it was the timing, but the food was not up to scratch. Arrived at 16:30 for an evening meal carvery. The beef was not available ( still had over 30 minutes to cook and the other meat was dry and obviously sat under the heat too long, the Mac cheese was scorched to death, the coliflour cheese was empty as was the dripping potatoes and there was a 15 minute wait for all 3 missing items. The service was good, very helpful and attentive and great with our 1 year old. Shame because I had high hopes for this one.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. It was really busy but we had a drink at the bar until our table was ready. Booked the melt in the middle vegetarian bakes and they were delicious. Really funny and likeable chefs. Great assortment of vegetables and vegetarian gravy. Also lots of meat!! Very good value for money. You can pay on the app. Plenty of parking. I would recommend.

I was there once, invited by friends living in the UK. The staff is very friendly - at the entrance we were greeted by a smiling waitress. Food served - typically English - very tasty. I would love to come back to this place at the earliest possible opportunity. Thank you and best regards.

Never been in a Toby carvery before but I found this one to be lovely. Particularly 3 ladies who were front of house. The service was spot on, lots of interaction, service checks done and generally nice vibes. Nice and clean. Good value for money, when the food is nice and fresh which it was.
