   Charging different prices every time you order can’t keep to the price on menu different prices for different people ! Food portions have gone really small and the fish pieces have gone even smaller. Asked for extra source as they usually give 2 sources per meal they attempt to charge me £1 per source I had told them to keep it as it’s free for everyone else won’t be going back again

   I asked them for their £3 donner tray. But in all honesty it looked like a £1.00 portion. I've had bigger donner +chips+drink for that price

   Called to ask if they did chicken and chips . Old man very rudely spoke and said ‘ no no we’re closed now ok bye.’ And then continued to put the phone down without giving me a chance to respond. I called at 02.20 , takeaway closes at 3am. Ridiculous tone and etiquette of speaking. Learn how to respect your customers you wouldn’t want to be spoken in that manner and customers are what keeps your takeaway running.

   Masala fish is very good, i felt the naan wasnt fresh though. Chilli sauce is way too chilly spoils the taste of the masala fish.

   Called them at 12.45am for 2 meals and arrived at 3am, I called them after waiting an hour (1.45) and he cut the line on me. He then called me at 2am and he made me repeat my order again. He then called me at 2.50am and made me repeat my order again. The food arrived at 3am and asked for a discount or something they could do if I was to order again and they blatantly said no and the owner was in fact shouting when I asked for a discount. As well as this I find it very convenient for them to bring the food when they close instead of bringing it when it's ready. In the end I said I don't want the food after making me wait 2.15hrs and sent the taxi man back where he came from. Worst customer service I've seen by far from a any sort of business.

   Awesome place to eat delicious food. Situated in a prime location. The staff are super hardworking and friendly. The masala fish here is amazing along with the chilli sauce. The prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend 10/10
