Absolutely disgusting. We ordered, 18 boneless chicken pieces, only received 16, no dips. The chips were cold, the chicken tastes of nothing but salt, practically inedible. We weren't given a receipt, so no way to complain, and the staff were very disrespectful and rude. £32 for cold chips and salt fried chicken. Never again.
Such a great kfc. Awesome food, quick service and easy ordering. The workers are really nice and are always polite. The toilets and the seating area is always clean.
This was the worst KFC I have ever had! Full of grease on the outside, soft and jelly like, not crunchy and meaty, I had one half decent boneless piece but even that had half cooked batter under the skin, I had food from here last year and hoped it had improved but it hasn’t
Great food, good to grab a bite when in the area. Delivered to my table in no time, only issue is that all staff seem to be on their phones all the time and not acknowledging you. Makes you want to use the machines
I had a great experience at this restaurant on 15 August 2025. From the moment I arrived, the crew member was very welcoming. I forgot her name, maybe Kate, she was helpful and friendly, which made me feel comfortable straight away. Their service really stood out and added to the whole experience. Excellent customer care like this makes a big difference, and I truly appreciated it. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the toilet wasn’t that good.
Nice place to eat and even better with eat-in service. The food is great and the staff are friendly and happy to help. The food is like any typical fast food place, nice and cheap and a good alternative if needed. My only issues with this place is the cleanliness on some of the tables whenever i visit, there seems to be places neglected in the restaurant area and the fact the outside appearance of the place is not as good as when it was opened. Broken fences, smashed windows causing a shutter to be down constantly. Great place to go but definitely needs some maintenance more frequently
Food is ok, but they seem to care more about getting the orders out for the Just Eat and other online ordering delivery services more than actually feeding the customers that are physically in the restaurant. A 40 minute wait while around 10-15 online drivers came and went with orders. They should take less delivery orders or close the restaurant and drive thru down and focus on deliveries, as clearly they can't handle serving both at the same time.
Staff were efficient friendly and restaurant was lovely and tidy. Pleasantly impressed and could hear that the staff worked well as a team and were efficient and friendly conducting their work. All food hot and well cooked exactly as a KFC experience should be
Great fresh cooked chicken. We went to the drive through as only passing through town, but were asked to come inside due to till trouble. But once we were in we saw others getting served at the drive through as normal. Staff could have been friendlier but still good food and would go again. Would be better if a 'bucket ' wasn't just put in a bag, as loses the experience somewhat.
