Ordered whilst visiting friends for the evening as its their go to takeaway. Can't fault what we had delivered or its cost. Didn't take too long to arrive either.
If you order by phone they can take a while, but if you order in the shop it takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
I've ordered from here a few times recently and everything has been good even a few freebies in the bag. However my latest order wasn't so. I chose crispy duckling in Cantonese sauce which came with a very sweet and sickly sauce and full of pineapple which was my fault as I wasn't sure what Cantonese sauce was. But the main issue was the duckling which was not crispy as advertised as the skin was soggy and jelly like so I just had to pick the meat off it and there wasn't a lot of it to say it was one of the most expensive ones on the menu. With all the add ons my one meal came to over £18 , and I had to microwave it also. Very disappointed.
I've ordered food from this takeaway twice and never been dissatisfied. The food is delicious staff helpful top quality takeaway
The BEST Chinese! It is always exceptionally fresh and great quality. The serves are big and great value for money. Delivery doesn't take long and it is always piping hot when it arrives. The only Chinese takeaway we ever get!
Food was good but incorrect I ordered chicken curry and got a special curry with prawn and beef in, also ordered rice and noodles and got chips instead was too late to take back as had a appointment to go too
Food is amazing always arrives hot every dish is full of flavour and so tasty never had a bad meal from here will always come back fantastic takeaway
Amazing from start to finish. Really polite staff on the phone, order arrived earlier than we we're told and the food was absolutely unreal. Would 100% recommend.
This place used to be quality. Last 3 orders spread over a few months have been appalling but gave them a chance again. 1 hour and 15 mins to arrive tonight. Food was barely warm. We got a king prawn curry with 4 prawns in which let it down as it was a nice curry… got salt and pepper chicken but the tub was light, not much in there for over £7. It was then bone dry and you couldn’t taste the salt and pepper at all, even with the seasoning. It just wasn’t nice at all. Even the prawn crackers were a joke. They tasted weird and the texture of them were terrible, like they’d been left out in air for 2 days. This place was easily 5 stars a year or two back and we’ve ordered from here for years. No idea if it’s changed hands but the quality of food now is dreadful, portion sizes are smaller whilst prices keep rising. Most of it was in the bin after 10 minutes. If I knew you could add photos to reviews I’d of taken some, cos you had to see it to believe it. Unfortunately there’s not many good alternatives to this one in the area either. Hope the review gets seen and read cos they’ve got some major improvements to make.
