   Small menu very meat based, executed very well. My steak had a large signue running through but the meat around was delicious! Tip - chip portions are huge so you can share and alternate sides. Added to waiting list for Sunday lunch, I’m sure it will be just as amazing as the reviews

   The best meal I have had in a long time. Fabulous service, great atmosphere and fantastic food. The service was super friendly and attentive and the food was brilliant. We had the salmon scotch egg, the chicken and the short rib which were all great but the short rib was absolutely superb. Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Haworth, the room is decorated so nicely and had a real warmth to it. A great evening altogether.

   Staff were super-helpful and friendly especially Rachel who found me a table after a no-show, and was super knowledgeable about the food and the wine list. Scallop starter - wow! The chipotle butter, herbs and caviar. Best scallops I’ve had for many years, if not ever. The main course on their charcoal grill was great. Maybe not as stratospheric as the starter, but still fabulous. Definitely recommended. Definitely will come back. Definitely having their scallops again! Thank you

   Beef was quite chewy and roasties overdone, not much veg to share between 4 people. Had heard really good things about this place and waited ages for a table as it was winner of the best roast but I’ve had nicer roasts! The ox cheek was really nice though.

   This is a venue you need to book a table for on weekends when events are on in Haworth. They found us a table for a drink in the past when we go for the annual Steampunk weekend. The service by all the staff is absolutely 1st class. I work in catering and seeing the way they deal with the publics questions and problems be assured you will be looked after by great people. A great comfortable atmosphere of a very old building with loads of character. Last but not least the food and drinks are amazing, tastes that you may not have tried before but you will want to go back and taste again. Book try it you will love it.

   Without doubt the best traditional Sunday Lunch I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find a Sunday lunch of this quality in which every single element has had such care and attention put into it. The beef is absolutely incredible but the highest praise is for the cauliflower cheese, wow! Incredible. The Ox Cheek starter was memorable as was the incredible Malbec we had with the meal. An iconic dinner on an iconic street in gods own country. Perfection.

   Firm favourite for me and my family. We live local and are in the Hawthorn most weeks, either for a Sunday roast or for a steak. Honestly the steaks here are something else, never tasted anything like it. The team is welcoming, attentive and make sure every visit is great. How lucky are we to have this on our doorstep. If you're visiting Haworth then make sure you go (open Weds - Sun), if you're local support this amazing place if you're an hour a way make the journey - it is worth it!

   Amazingly good gastro pub! Excellent, welcoming & friendly staff....food was top notch, not even a little complaint about anything....really good bottle of wine, which I will search for to get for home, cosy and quaint surroundings in the upstairs dining room, with table looking out to the atmospheric cobbled high street below....Can't rate it high enough, lovely evening and buzzy happy environment!
