   Great customer service on phone and in store . Taste 10/10 . Been ordering here for almost 2 years , never disappointed with taste and service.    Very disappointed with Tops Pizza in Sudbury. I went in to collect two pizzas and picked up a leaflet with their menu, which clearly advertised a Collection Deal — any medium pizza for £7.99, large for £9.99, and supersize for £10.99. I chose the cheese crust base and placed my order. When the staff member handed me the card machine to pay, I asked how much it was, and luckily I did — the price was £4 more than expected. I asked why, and was told that choosing a different crust changes the price. But the menu says “any pizza” — how does that make sense? She showed me a separate printed piece of paper that wasn’t even attached to the menu and claimed it explains the extra charge. I asked why it’s not clearly mentioned on the menu or even handwritten as a note — she just said, “These are the rules.” This feels misleading and dishonest. If you advertise “any pizza” at a fixed price, you shouldn’t sneak in extra charges without properly informing customers. Won’t be coming back.

   I tried this branch of Tops Pizza for the first time yesterday. Ordered the Supersize one and after tasting it, good gosh! What an amazingly tasty pizza it was! The toppings, the dough, the crust, the cheese. Everything was perfect! Fresh and flavoursome. I've had Tops Pizza from other branches and they can be a hit or miss but this one definitely is a big hit! There were 2 female staffs working at the time I went to order my pizza and I think they really put the care and attention into preparing them. The pizza was so damn good that I would order it again! Please keep the standard of quality like this and you will always have customers coming for more!

   I have asked for Vegetarian hot pizza and was delivered American pizza. Then the lady confidently said she has given me right pizza (after the exchange) when I again checked after leaving the shop, I found that the pizza was pepperoni pizza! Trainee staff should have trained before serving live clients.

   Lovely piping hot fresh veggie pizza. Tasted really delicious. Curly fries were tasty too. Cooked perfectly and ready for collection at the time that was requested. Juicy, stringy mozzarella cheese with fresh, crunchy veggies on top. Kids loved this pizza as well and ate it all up. First time ordering from here as I was very impressed with the quality and taste. Very good value for money. Will be ordering again.
