   The place doesn't look the best but the food is amazing. My family has been going here nearly 10 years. I've always informed them of my peanut and nut allergy and I've never had a reaction, the food items are always right, never had anything missing. The wait time can sometimes be very long but if they're busy it can't be helped. The salt and pepper chicken is absolutely delicious, so tasty. A great Chinese for the community.

   Usually love Rainbow food but don’t know what happened last night . Was really looking forward to it . The chow mein was so salty we couldn’t eat it and the curry sauce was so hot it burnt our mouths , stupidly I poured it all over my chips and rice so that meant I struggled with eating that too . Total waste of money . Usually have good food from there .

   Very poor Special fried rice was horrible looked burnt no taste very little content not special at all Chicken curry watered down very little meat Lemon chicken was ok decent content Chow mein little content no taste Sweet n sour chicken was average but plenty of content Std fried rice very poor looked and tasted old Prawn toast was good Veg spring rolls good Overall let down by very poor rice and chicken curry Wouldn't use again Whole meal was very expensive for poor quality

   Food was warm and nice but didn't get the order right and missed out an item. We got home and tried calling them but everytime we called(called about 8 times and more) they didn't answer and went straight to voice mail. We called and different times and still no answer.

   This was our regular till tonight I ordered a much box I asked price I was told £13.40 when it come he says £15.20 and says it's delivery they should have said that on the phone also we looked inside to find hardly any salt and pepper chicken after looking threw it there was 6 small pieces and a few scraggy bits of batter with no chicken in it I rang up and they was like that's a portion I said we order this every week and usually there's more they wasn't bothered about doing anything to help £15 pound for this just for my 7 year old he ate most of this that's how small it was won't be ordering from here again No1 it is from now on

   Don't order from here if you're vegetarian. I ordered a large portion of vegetable spring rolls with chips. The spring roll had pieces of meat in it which looked like pork. There is no mention of this on their menu. Really disappointing.

   Brilliant Chinese, you can even pay by card when they deliver if you let them know beforehand. Couldn't recommend enough. Prices are good and food is always cracking.

   If I could give no stars I would. We made a £55 order, and ordered some pineapple fritters. When the food came we almost ate banana fritters as they sent the wrong ones (which my dad is deathly allergic too). We rang the restaurant up to let them know, and the customer service was disgusting, they made out as if we lied and wanted to see the banana fritters to prove we wasn’t lying. When the delivery man came, my dad tried to explain the allergies he had and how it could have killed him and the man laughed. The restaurant clearly don’t understand the seriousness of allergies. We have been customers and ordered from their for years. They will no longer be getting our custom. It is absolutely DISGUSTING. I hope no one ever experiences the same thing.
