   Ordered food from their app at 4.10 for it to be delivered at 6.30 due to friends coming around for 6ish. Food arrived at 5.25 so we phoned to complain and were told the driver would come and collect it then a new order would be sent out for 6.30. During the call the staff member explained that they sometimes don’t look at the time which makes it pointless having it as an option on their own app. I also asked if a fresh order would definitely be done and they wouldn’t send out the same food in an hours time to be told a completely new order would be sent out Before the driver came back I took pictures of the pizza, garlic bread and calzone as I knew they would send out the same food reheated. When handing the food back I asked the driver as well to make sure a new order would be sent out to be told by him it would be. Doesn’t take a genius to work out the same food was sent out reheated. Have used them loads of times since moving here a few years back but definitely won’t be using them again.

   A person who loves and enjoys Jacket Potato’s and I didn’t find any places close enough that delivers. I then looked back on Flames menu and saw that they did do and tried it out. I enjoyed every last bit of flames jacket potato’s

   Ordered food said 8pm, phoned 8:15 asked how long said it’s leaving now, 8:35 he said driver took it don’t know he call, food came absolutely freezing and my can of Pepsi was warm? Offered to re cook meal but was not prepared wait longer again! Always use here but will never again waste of money!

   These are very miser people. I ordered a kebab and the box was 75% filled with salad and very less kebab. They are also expensive as compared to other fast foods in the area. I ordered 4 times from them but its their nature to save pennies on ketchup or tissue or straws. Worst service ever

   My review is based on a walk in experience, to take-away. We are not from Liverpool, so merely came across it as it is not far situated from Liverpool Academy which my son attends. We were specifically looking for a Halal take away so this was perfect. Every single one of the staff first of all met us with such a warm welcome and interacted really well with my 5 yr old. We ordered 2 burger meals and a kids Margherita Pizza. The food was brilliant! Fresh and great quality; mouthwatering food. I will definitely be visiting again. The atmosphere was great, and for a Friday night it was getting busier and busier, so that speaks volume on how popular it is. Highly recommend going in person to order and take away. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly and chatty with us whilst we waited for our food. We loved your customer service 10/10 !!

   Worst chicken wings i ever had, dry with no spice at all, litterly some wings deep-fried with no batter or spices. Never again. Absolutely disgraceful, worst takeaway ever.
