   I order a couple of times a month and the delivery is very good normally have red hot food within 20 mins only waited an hour once as they were really busy. Its normally a lady that drops the food off and shes really nice and friendly. Foods normally quite good think out of 30 orders i may of had 1 ok experience. Love the little freebies they include. Will be trying the restaurant dining very soon see if we have a great experience in there too.

   Ordered via Uber eats. Told delivery driver the address, he couldnt find it for 30 minutes and drove past once and also didn’t understand any of the instructions we gave him. Eventually gave up and called up to cancel the order for a refund and the lady on the phone said it was our fault for not giving the address on the ticket even though we told the delivery driver the specific address. After arguing with us she eventually hung up the phone. Terrible service, wont order from here again.

   Ordered via a delivery app I was given a time for delivery. 20 min after the said time still no food. Rang jade garden to be told he would be there any minute. 20 mins after that still waiting rang again to be told I will have to wait and should have ordered earlier. The person at jade garden then hung up the phone. Tried to call be but conveniently the phone was dead. Absolutely disgusting treatment from them will never return.

   Visited Jade Garden with hopes for a decent Chinese meal, I left feeling genuinely disappointed and, frankly, scammed. This review pains me to write, as I'm typically reluctant to criticize local businesses, especially given the current challenging conditions, however.. the quality of food served at the prices charged demands honest feedback. The food arrived appeared to be a collection of random meat pieces that seemed to have been prepared the previous night and hastily reheated. The meat felt like eating yesterday's leftovers rather than a freshly prepared restaurant meal.

   After a very long time a group of us deicide to give this play a go again. As we expected it's not changed much and nor has the food. Starters where great however everything else food wise went down hill from that point. Very bland very small plates not much taste and meats tough. Service was good and friendly and if food was much better this place would be back to its former self. It's cheap and cheerful but plenty of other places to try.

   Great price for all you can eat menu. Good service, we were on a works doo and got looked after. Shabby interior, food was tasty and good for the price

   Lovely food that is all you can eat. You order what you want and it comes to your table. They bring enough food for how many people are in the party. Once you start mains you can't go back to starters. For those that use a wheelchair the restaurant is upstairs with steps to the entrance.

   The worst meal I ever had. Me and my partner had to order from another restaurant after it was that bad . Ribs were tasteless and they were like rubber . The duck was over cooked , smelt funny and the sauce was like gloop . Rice was a very odd colour , and it smelt and tasted awful !! I wouldn’t even give it a star .
