   In 10y never had so weird taste take away.. rice is the cheapest definitely which is fee days old.. Curry dont have any taste only coconut.. with 3peaces of chicken.. naan bread like from aldi.. If you never eat good Indian/Bengalian food its okay, but if you had this blessing, avoid this place because you will disappoint

   Our first time in york , and our first meal was a curry , I come from the midlands and know a good curry when I taste one , the portions were massive and the flavor was just beautiful, mugi masala, and the wife had fish , we will be going again before we leave

   Decent food and attentive service without being overbearing. They did get our starters wrong however rectified this without skipping a beat. We ordered a variety of dishes; 6 different meat dishes and 1 vegetable and were all good.

   Came here by chance and was served by Ali and his colleague.. We had the chicken chaat and chicken tikka which was delicious and made to our taste requirements..a highchair was available for our little man too and they have a child friendly menu too.. The food was reasonably priced, staff were hospitable and the food was authentic.. We look forward to coming again even though we came all the way from Birmingham, the home of the curry! Also parking nearby (opposite the supermarket..)

   Love this place, their Afghanistan curry is minty and spicy and absolutely a gem; veg pilau is great. Always delicious and fresh, even when we order it as takeaway! Service is friendly. What a great neighborhood place.
