   First time at this Nando’s. Seated with 4 friends by waitress. No mention of ordering through app or at the till until we asked if anyone would be taking our order - after a long wait. Burger was tasty and bread bun lovely, but food not hot enough. Chips barely warm - would say unusual for this kind of place. Waiter eventually came and asked if meals were okay. Complained about lukewarm chips but declined replacement at this stage. Would liken this more to a “fast food” kind of place. Avoid if you enjoy table service and attentive staff. And if you like a tea or coffee after your meal - forget it. Not even available.

   Really fast service we were greeted and seated within 2 mins of walking in. We ordered via the app and we had our food within 10 mins of ordering. Everything was super fresh and flavourful. The staff were very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend this Nandos to anyone visiting Sheffield.

   All the staff during today’s visit were very helpful and provided excellent customer service in particular a member called Mubarak who is the reason I am leaving such a positive review. He’s a great asset to the team and made sure to check we were happy with us and didn’t get bothered with our requests. He was amazing at his role and deserves commending. Thank you

   I visited here over the weekend, was extremely busy, and waited approximately 20 mins. It was 100% worth it, staff were very friendly, greeted with a warm smile upon entrance. Food was exceptional and the waiting staff were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone that's not been in a while. Food was 10/10.

   I used to love this branch but honestly the standard of food has gone down hill. Had the full platter and the chicken was tough, the sweetcorn was boiled and barely cooked on the grill. Also if you’re waiting for a table you have to remain on the premises and it is complete chaos and no where to stand!

   Cannot fault the food, fast service and tastes amazing, even if a little overpriced. Staff could be a bit more interactive with customers, also quite noisy at this venue, especially when it's busy. Overall worth a visit, good for an evening out as it's in Centertainment!

   Nice atmosphere, decor and food. Food is served in a timely manner, staff are most polite and welcoming. A lot of free parking and a cosy feel to the quirky but cultural decor.

   Good bit of chicken. The lemon and herb and mango and lime are nice flavours because I'm a basic white boy and can't go higher than plain. The broccoli could be softer but nice to have a veg side. Good bit of mash. Lovely garlic bread and the supergreen is nice but I wish it was warm instead.
