   Staff are incredibly friendly and always make me feel welcome. Teamwork is always on full display, and they never hesitate to reach out. Food is slightly expensive but the taste and portion sizes more than make up for that. The music and atmosphere are incredible. I highly recommend giving it a try.

   I was eating my burger when I came across some inedible mush that I almost choked on and had to spit out! On doing so I looked at my burger to see the bottom patty was raw! Felt ill all evening afterwards, not sure what was going on, especially when a burger, small fries and drink came to £19. It’s completely put me off visiting again. Meal just went straight into the bin. Would’ve gone back to complain but as it’s Christmas the queue was 50 deep.

   I have to say I never understood what the big deal was about a burger joint....until now! First time visit to five guys & it really surprised me as to how good it is. The staff were very helpful & friendly, our order was ready in no time & tasted delicious. The fries were something else, not like anything we've had before & just cooked to perfection. As for the shakes....wow! We will definitely be visiting a five guys again as it certainly lives up to the hype!

   Looking forward to the meal for weeks. Finally made the decision to go, albeit in a really busy time at Xmas. Staff very friendly and helpful, however...Sat in uncleaned booth, last persons fries everywhere, but from reviews we still thought okay as from what we had seen on website of the food wanted to try it. 2 adults cheeseburgers and a family bowl fries and the kids had a cheese hotdog and a cheeseburger. 3 cokes and a Reese milkshake. £58.00 in total. (2 adults & 2 kids under 7) I am sorry to report but only my youngest ate the whole burger. I left majority of mine which usually I give to my husband and he declined. The hot dog had one bite out of by my 7yrold and it was a no go. I tried. Very bratwurst style which was okay but I only took one bite and usually my husband hoovers up leftovers but on this occasion declined. I love salt on my fries ( who doesn't) however far too much to the point where after a few, too much - chugging water later. (Tried to cover with ketchup didn't help) milkshake I was so looking forward too...almost 6 pound itself...left very disappointed and did not taste like Reese at all. As I said at the beginning, I thought staff were lovely (thus the 2 stars) but in all fairness will never go back again. Very sad.

   The food was good but not what I'd call amazing... The service was good but slow in my opinion since my bar for that is usually McDonald's and they seemed to take longer than that. The atmosphere was that of your typical fast food place nothing special but you can still talk. Five Guys is not somewhere I'd choose to go for me but I would go for someone else if that makes sense. TL;DR: The food was okay but I wouldn't personally suggest going there unless I knew a person I'm going with really likes it

   Great food. Bit expensive. I've you've had five guys you know what to expect. Really delicious burgers, lovely fries. Freestyle coke machine which is nice. Mayo on pump which is great for us mayo lovers! Fantastic hit sauce. Overall a hit!

   Burgers absolutely spot on but the fries were absolutely awful. Undercooked and had loads of rotten ones. Left annoyed, very disappointing considering the price of them. They were not up to the usual standard.

   Five guys has to be one of my favourite fast food places the burgers are fantastic juicy and cooked to perfection, I don't really like fries but five guys are just amazing the portion sizes are massive. The only problem is that it's quite expensive but definitely worth it. If you get a chance I would recommend going here.

   Great place to get great tasting burgers. More expensive than other but so worth it. Once you have had them once you can't go back. Love the place. Great service and great food and drink options. Would recommend.
