   Usually always come here for boba but when it’s busy the quality drops a lot. Ordered a large brown sugar tapioca milk and half the drink is missing. Really disappointed, won’t be coming back, going somewhere else now. The quality of the drink is no where near as good as it usually.

   After waiting over an hour and 15 mins , the driver arrived with our food and I noticed it wasn't our order. I stopped the driver and he took the order back off me and returned back to the shop. I phoned them to explain this and was on hold for 10 mins with the sound of what seemed like the phone was in their pocket. Then heard the lady having a go at the driver. The phone then went down. I phoned them back when a lady answered saying that my order was on its way and been cooked fresh. Wow! If that was fresh.... Just wow. It was stone cold. Chicken breast was like it had been triple fried three times and left out for a month. It went straight in the bin! The chips are frozen chips..... rank. The only edible bit was the rice. Warmed up . Fish and chips had seen better days and had to be warmed up. Felt sorry for the driver. Not as fault. I'd never ever buy from here again. Great if you want catapulted cold food delivered.

   I’m sorry to have to write this review because only last week I thought this was going to be the best Chinese food around. Service is fast and so is delivery - generally exceedingl expectations. I’ve ordered three times and two of those times the food was excellent. Sunday it was very disappointing. I called the restaurant and sent a message. They promised to discuss with the manager but did not attempt other service recovery. Please see the two images below - the picture of their Egg Fried Rice I purchased - and the one I received - old grey and greasy with NO egg, peas or scallions.

   I had bubble tea from Xiang Xiang and it was absolutely amazing. The drink was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour one of the best I’ve ever had. The shop itself is welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding really friendly and attentive staff who made me feel valued. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend Xiang Xiang to anyone looking for great bubble tea and fantastic service!

   Very poor food and even worse hygiene standards. Definitely not a 5 rating. The lady taking orders was wearing filthy rubber gloves and touching everything, even including the food and putting it into bags. She also wiped her nose 4 times with her gloves in the space of 5 minutes of being in there. Avoid.

   First time I've ordered from here. Arrived on time and food was excellent and very generous portions. Great menu. I can never decide which ribs and was pleased to be able to order a mix....3 kinds..12 ribs altogether! Highly recommended.

   Ordered from here twice, once a few months ago once today, food from here is always amazing! Good quality, me and my partner got the big sharing box (box a) and it always fills us both up with loads left over for later too, salt and pepper sausage is lovely, salt and pepper chicken is one of the best I’ve had. Salt and pepper spring rolls are better than the regular ones. All food is so tasty and arrived hot, delivery was really quick today too! Would definitely come again! Was going to take a picture to go with my review but the food looked so good I couldn’t wait to eat it! Also they give you free stuff if you order so much, this time we got prawn crackers but last time got the salt and pepper spring rolls. Amazing food!

   First time ordering tonight off uber eats. I got the mixed seafood and vegtable soup, seafood with cashew nuts, classic platter 1 and I got a free bag of prawns crackers also. The delivery guy was brilliant and very polite to me after i had been in bed all day poorly feeling sorry for myself. The food came super fast! I ordered it at 10.20pm on a Friday night, the hottest day of the year upto yet, and it was delivered for 10.45! All of it was fresh and piping hot and delicious. The dishes was good portion sizes and had lots of seafood in, the scallops was perfect! Would definitely order from here again. Thank you ☺️.

   I had spring rolls and then egg fried rice and shredded chicken and it was very nice and tasty and very filling,chicken was a bit overcooked but still tasty, the delivery time was the best I've ever had. I've been reading the reviews and it sound like uber eats are to blame for the bad reviews because the woman that took my order was friendly and so was the delivery man. Very pleased I will definitely be ordering from this place again. Ps the phone number is wrong on the front of the takeaway.
