My first time at this restaurant really bad experience this was my first time and it will be my last time. Food was absolutely garbage. I’ve been to too many different restaurants. I have never had food. That bad burned very salty. The rice was not even washed at all before it was cooked. You can smell it. I traveled from the United States looking forward to have some great food but that wasn’t at all

I’m very surprised to see 1 star reviews on this place. Nergiz the place to go for Iraqi and Kurdish food. The portions are generous and the food is very authentic, with wide range of items that are offered on different days. It is a family business which makes its atmosphere homely and the service excellent.

Title: A Delightful Dining Experience with Authentic Kurdish Flavors Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Kurdish restaurant and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and seated promptly. The attentive staff provided us with a complimentary serving of cold water and soup, which was a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. The portion sizes were generous, exceeding our expectations. Our meal included a hearty serving of fries, rice, and salad, perfectly complemented by two delicious breads. Each element was well-prepared, offering a diverse range of flavors and textures. The lamb chops were undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. They were succulent, tender, and packed with delectable flavors. Equally impressive were the chicken cubes, which were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. However, I must admit that the Shish kebab fell slightly short of expectations. It was a bit too greasy for my liking, and the meat's specific type (whether chicken or lamb) was difficult to discern due to the excessive oiliness. Nonetheless, this was a minor setback in an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. One of the most impressive aspects of our meal was the exceptional value for money. The fact that we received two satisfying meals, along with drinks and tea to conclude our dinner, all for less than £30, was truly remarkable. Overall, my visit to this Kurdish restaurant left a positive impression. The complimentary cold water and soup, the ample portions, and the scrumptious lamb chops and chicken cubes made for a memorable dining experience. While the greasiness of the Shish kebab was a small drawback, the overall quality of the meal and the outstanding value for money more than made up for it. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking authentic Kurdish cuisine in a welcoming environment.

My first experience with kurdish food was years ago, Everything about it is the taste, the quality and a different eating experience. I eat anything and everything. In fact there is nothing I wouldn't eat. Saying that I don't go to kurdish restaurant's for that reason. It's just good wholesome food! Served by great friendly people. Nothing is too much trouble. I have a good appetite but I never leave wishing I wanted more food. The starting soup is delicious, served with the home baked flat bread. The main course whatever you have is tasty, well cooked and served with salad rice or chips, bread and a side of soup. I particularly like the mixed vegetable soup. You always get a bottle of water and you have to try the tea to finish. Not everyone's taste but worth a try. All in all its not 5* premises but the foods great and the biggest bill I've ever had for 2 has been £15.50. Well worth a try.
