   Unfortunately every single time I’ve ordered it’s taken a good few hours to arrive. When you call and ask where your order is they lie and say they set off 5 minutes ago even tho you know it hasn’t. 2 and a half hours it took for delivery. Not good enough as it’s not exactly cheap. It’s a shame really as the food is nice but the waiting delivery times and lies let it down massively. Been ordering here for a couple of years but sadly won’t be any more!

   I am feeling a bit crossed with the service. My las 3 orders have taken more than 1hr to be delivered. Today I waited for about 1hr 20mins. Given the bad weather today, I included a £5 tip in appreciation of the work that the delivery person is doing out there. I know it's not that much, but I was hoping to get my food at least during the estimated timing Uber gave me... I would've thought it was the delivery person the issue if it was the first time, but I can see a trend in there now..

   Had chef special Mongolian chicken really enjoyed my food. Very good sized portion.Will recommend and definitely go again. Very friendly customer service well explained for choosing food first time.

   I was really hoping this place would be good, but unfortunately it was a bad experience, staff is friendly but not attentive, we stood there for a while wanting to order but the lady carried on doing her tallying up on her phone calculator, when customer is at the till you shouldn't be doing admin work or even at all when customer is inside, i have worked in many food places before and never seen any staff do such things so i found it a bit rude. Next thing was i wanted to choose 2 options in the box as just noodles and chicken would be very plain, i just wanted to add some chips as well, but this is not possible at all, i even said ill pay extra if i need to, but no this is not possible at all i got told. So that was pretty bad as everywhere else you get way more choice than just two things, for example oodles you got 4 choices of things to add in the box. Next thing was i ordered sweet and sour sauce, however the food i recieved lacked any sweet and sour sauce and instead had some brown soy sauce which tasted very bitter. I was not impressed, the chicken was ok but portions was terrible for the money. The decor is pretty weird and the chairs are for little kids style when i saw them i thought it was a joke or something, this place needs a good revamp, it could be so much better and needs to be better to make a name for itself. Please take on my feedback and improve and you will then enjoy a thriving business. I wish you all the best for the future.

   I can not recommend enough.. halal, so flavourful and very fresh tasting, not oily like most take away food I have tried. The lady who served me changed my order to cater for my needs which was very kind. Will 100% order again soon.

   Food was cold when it arrived, they also forgot one of our main courses, when I rang about this to get a refund I was told they could deliver the main which would've taken 45 minutes so I politely declined and asked for a refund. I was then told they can deliver it tomorrow instead which I again politely declined as I don't live in the area. I was finally told a refund was fine and they took my card details but I never got a refund. Still waiting and this was the 27.12.22. I was told the refund would take 2-3 days.

   Excellent authentic food with great staff. Highly recommend take away or eat in. Very friendly staff. Chicken soup was heavenly. Dry chilli chicken was also very tasty and full of fresh spices. You can tell each dish is made fresh when ordered. I wish I lived a little closer I would visit every day.

   Reasonable prices. Food was running late so I phoned the restaurant and got nice service, telling me it won't be much longer, so thank you. Ordered the bang bang cauliflower, which was delicious. Definitely delivered on the name, full of flavour and certainly leaves a bang! Salt and pepper fries were nice, just lacking in the sautéed vegetables. The wok and box chicken bites were the biggest let down. Everything else came in little individual boxes but these came in a brown paper bag. The taste was a little unusual and kinda greasy, went well with the satay sauce I bought though. They did provide some free sauces which were all packed with flavour and delicious, thank you. The delivery driver gave us nice and polite service too, thanks.

   Really nice food but the service was very poor. We were waiting for 45 minutes for only 2 items off the menu. It was so slow that a just eat delivery driver had delivered 2 orders before we got our order. The food was very tasty and the only reason we are giving it a bad review is because of the service and we didn’t even get an apology. They didn’t seem bothered.
