    Cold kebab don't look what's on a burger ie I asked 4 no salad but came wiv salad n garlic mayo just 1 can I find a gd takeaway in s5 ffs oasis is a bad place to order from when i complained the owner asked me to come down n he seen I was right but I had to travel 30 mins coz my order was a mess

    Disappointing. This has always been a favourite takeaway of mine and never had any issues until now. The last 2 times have been dreadful. You now have to request salad on a burger.....? No options to tick saying whether you do or don't want it. So had a chicken burger turn up with no salad, and no mayo (even though mayo requested) just a dry burger. Called up to try rectify it, as a resolution they said they'd resend one. Delivery came, they sent a box of lettuce and tub of mayo, which by this time the burger was cold. The rest of the food was vile, soggy chicken and soggy chips. Sad to say I won't be ordering from here again

    Should be an option for zero stars, food arrived late, cold and the company thought it was acceptable to send something completely different from what I ordered as it was too late to cook more food. To top it off, manager was extremely rude and wasn't interested in rectifying the situation. An hour after delivery I am still unable to get rid of the taste of one chip from my mouth. Wouldn't wish this food on my worst enemy
