   I’ve been a customer here for years, but the standards have completely fallen apart. Our last order was a disaster: two salt and pepper chicken, two egg fried rice, chips, curry sauce, and wontons. The only edible items were the rice and curry. The chicken was soggy, tasteless, and served with raw onions. The chips were stale, as if they’d been reheated from the night before. This place used to be reliable, but it’s now unacceptable. That was my last order — I won’t be coming back.

   If you want an absolute gorgeous Chinese, this is the place to go i’ve ordered here for the last 20 years and there’s nothing better, the egg fried rice is to die for and the chicken balls are just heavenly if you’re craving a Chineses i would HIGHLY recommend this one of a kind Chinese takeaway. The workers are always so nice and you can just tell that the food is so fresh and cooked with passion. Keep up the good work

   Ordered dish in Szechuan sauce and it was completely different from the place I usually order which wouldn’t be a problem if it had been good but it was more like your typical sweet and sour sauce with lots of red dye. The vegetable was mostly from can, not fresh/variety. I really dislike sweet and sour so what a disappointment…

   Customer service is disgusting first time I have ever ordered from here noodles tasted like they have been stored in a cardboard box the rice was sour and the crispy sweet chilli beef didn’t even have beef in was basically ground up dog biscuits not even in sweet chilli sauce more like in a sweet and sour. Rang back up to complain and the owner and English woman that works there was giving abuse down the phone and not even listening. Will never put money in that shop ever again. Absolutely disgusting food and the people that work there are just as bad.

   We ordered from here all the time & never have any issues until tonight. I called up because we had been waiting over an hour, I was told another 25 minutes. So then the food came, the salt and pepper box wasn’t hot & chips were half cooked. The box wasn’t even full it was just piled on top of the sauce pot, which usually, it’s all around it. There was no meat on the majority of the ribs, the banana fritters were mush drowning in syrup. Then when my partner called to complain, we were advised to go through Uber eats. Then the place called back to yell at him.

   Ordered from here for the first time tonight, was ready in 20 mins to collect! Very quick. Was still nice and hot. Chips were lovely, not greasy at all, crispy shredded beef and chicken was super yummy! Really enjoyed it and great prices. Thank you! X
